    Backyard Fence Repair - Post Replacement

    Hi Adam, Thanks very much for the exceptional work done on my backyard fence. Everything that was discussed and agreed to in terms of the contracted work to replace the fence posts was done to perfection with no surprises, including the job site being resorted back to it's original state. A fair price for the work performed. Definitely will recommend Restructural Restoration System to family and friends. Thanks again for all the the great work done by you and your brother.     Basement leakage

    When we bought our house over 20 years ago, we had major basement leakage, and we used SRS to fix the problem then. Recently we were getting minor leaks in the spring thaw period. Adam provided a good analysis, and came to fix our problem. He changed the grading at the foundation, and applied some waterproofing and caulking to prevent future leaks. He came on time, worked efficiently, and left our place perfectly clean - impressive since he had to do the work under our deck. I have respect for Adam and his company.

    Bathroom Reno

    We had our bathroom totally gutted and renovated. They did a great job keeping our house clean and tidy, and making sure that they keep their tools and materials out of the way, so we still had access to our other rooms. They kept us well informed and answered any questions and concerns we had, in a timely fashion. They only went one day over the projected timeline that Adam gave us but well worth it for the finishing touches of our bathroom. We had noticed that we had a minor leaking in our basement after the project was completed. We let Adam know and Eric came the next day to fix it right away and made sure that there were no other issues. I was very impressed that it got done quickly! I would highly recommend SRS to anyone who needs an affordable, reliable and on-schedule renovation project.

    Leaks in the basement

    Had it done by a different company that did a lousy job and not willing to honour the warranty. We are so glad to get the cracks and leaks in the basement repaired at a very reasonable price. They even came back 2 years later when we called because we noticed water seeping after a windy and all day rain, Adam fixed them at no cost at all, even when we offered to pay , he refused politely . We were so impressed , their customer service, honesty , and workmanship is just excellent . We certainly will use them for renovation of our basement . No doubt they are the best , believe me I'm a picky person when it comes to customer service and workmanship . Thank you very much ,Adam !

    Basement leak

    Over the last 15 years we used the services on Structural Restoration Systems to locate and repair several basement leaks in two different houses. We found both John and Adam to be very knowledgeable and professional in their dealings with our family. We have absolutely no complaints with their services and would highly recommend SRS to anyone in need of the type of services they offer. Keep up the good work guys. Alan M

    Repair Basement Floor Damaged By Tree Roots

    Structural Restoration Systems provided great service. They are reliable, trustworthy and tidy. Was informed of whole process and progress throughout the four day project. Job involved removal of existing concrete floor, taking out tree roots, placing metal mesh and pouring a new concrete floor. Would use their services again.

    Bathroom Renovation

    Recently we had our bathroom renovated by Structural Restoration Systems after careful review of various other bathroom firms. We were very satisfied from all aspects including price, workmanship and turnaround time. The crew offered great advice on how to get the best possible results, with price always in mind.     Bathroom Reno

    Adam and Eric did a great job gutting and renovating my bathroom. The job came in on budget, and only went a day over schedule which was awesome. The workmanship was very good and they were super accommodating to the couple of times I wanted to alter the design and plan for the room. Would hire again.

    Fence

    Wow! Adam and crew were fabulous to work with! They were honeat, professional, on schedule and great workmanship. I have my back yard to enjoy again! Highly recommend this company.

    Brick restoration

    We needed replacement of a few bricks in the wall of house. Adam provided quick and efficient service. The quality of the workmanship was top quality. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
