The technician was right on time. He even texted beforehand advising me that he is on his way. He was very thorough in his work and explained me various issues he identified. He left the area clean. I'll certainly use him in future.

The two technicians that came to do the furnace maintenance were really professional and very friendly. They arrived exactly on time and were very efficient. The main technician was very knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely continue to use this company for future maintenance service and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Oria – Heating and Cooling installed a new air conditioner for me and it needed to be relocated to a different location on my property. I give Oria Heating and Cooling a 10 rating. Mansoor took the time to get me an upgraded air conditioner for the same price as a basic model. I was impressed with the timing in getting the work scheduled, next day service. They were on time to start the installation. They took whatever time was needed to complete the job to ensure it was installed properly and that I was pleased with it before leaving the house. I had an HRV that wasn't installed properly, as well the venting wasn't getting air to the upstairs properly. I now have a properly running HRV and the home is much more comfortable!

Mansoor and his team replaced our A/C and furnace. Mansoor is a very funny guy, kept the mood light. He explained to us fully all the work that was done afterwards.

Service technician performed work quickly and efficiently, also the service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to contact again if additional work is needed. Problem was quickly identified as a broken capisitor and replaced.
