Mansoor was on time, polite, very thorough and explained everything (results) very well. He even found a small gas leak and repaired it nice and quickly. Would definitely recommend. Note, I put cost as zero as Mansoor's work was part of a wider duct cleaning service.

Mansoor was quick to respond to my query regarding installing a gas line for my BBQ in my new house. He booked an appointment, arrived on time for the quote, and then was able to do the install quickly the next day. The work was done professionally, safely and exactly to what I wanted. I had called Orial heating and cooling at around 2am last night ad my tenants smelt a bad gas leak in the furnace room! Mr.Mansour picked up the phone call within the first ring, he was more then happy to come and help in the middle of the night to fix are gas leak. Once Mr.Mansour arrived his main focus was to get the leak fixed oppose of talking about money and any surcharges for.after hours prices and on a Saturday night. I can sit here and talk about how great the service was for hours, he is officially my new contractor for all heating and cooling needs.

My old furnace was damaged due to it's age and required work, I called Oria for service and they came over within an hour of my call. They came, troubleshot the problem and I decided it was best to replace the unit. They came back the same day at 3pm with a new unit and we're finished by 8pm. They retrofitted the new unit into the existing duct work and had to modernize the exhaust to the new codes. They did great service in a very timely manner. Thank you Oria for your work

Mrs Mansoor is a very professional technician: arrived on time, knowledgeable and deliver an excellent job. He serviced my furnace and took the time to explain me everything. There is no doubt,in spring I will call him again to service my A/C. I strongly recommend Oria Heating and Cooling company.
