I CONTACTED JIMMY FOR PRICING, AND HE IMMEDIATELY MADE TIME TO FIT MY SCHEDULE. WHEN HE ARRIVED HE WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. AS A TRADES-PERSON I DID HAVE SOME KNOWLEDGE , BUT I DID ASK ALL THE SILLY QUESTIONS WHICH HE ANSWERED HONESTLY. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE AND HE PRESENTED DIFFERENT OPTIONS. WHEN THE CREW ARRIVED THEY WERE NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL, GAVE ME ESTIMATED TIME AND WERE WITHIN THAT TIME BY 20 MINS. THE JOB WAS CLEAN. THERE WAS NO TRACE THAT THE WERE EVEN HERE. FULLY RECOMMEND THE TEAM TO ANYONE.

I considered change my more than 20 years old furnance and air condition this year. After did some research on Internet, I ask 5 companies to quote. Among them, the Quality Breeze price is very reasonable. the sales guy, Jimmy, is very knowledge and professional. He is the only one among these companies told me that I need change chimney liner and told me the cost of change chimney liner during the quote. I don't know why the other company didn't mention that. so I continue searching and find the answer on HAVC-TALK.COM, which is the professional HAVC contract forum. For my house condition, it is very import and safety to change the chimney liner. Since I didn't change the water heater, so they don't quote me on this maybe their total price looks competitive, but there is a big risk that CO will condense into the basement during the cold time. After the research, I felt Jimmy was very knowledge and trustable. I signed the contract with him. The installation guys are very detail person. they clean everything after installation. I highly recommend Quality Breeze to any home owner.
