Yaro came to the house on two occasions. First time, he inspected the oven and ordered the part needed (a baking element). Second time, he came with an apprentice to remove the old baking element and replace it with a new one. The new one required some adjustment before being inserted into the oven. The oven seems to be working fine, now. Service was prompt and efficient.Answer from pro:

Value Do not use this company!!!! They send a technician that was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that he was going to fix my dryer and put new parts in, He actually didnt change any of the parts like he said he would the dryer was making excessive noise. He scratched my wall attempting to do Repair, He also left a sheet of paper close to the heater that couldve caught on fire. Since then I have contacted them and I have not heard back yet. Had to hire another company to do the repair extremely disappointed. Do yourself a favour and go with more of a reputable honest company.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

Our dryer stopped producing heat - I called Max Appliance as I usually do when our appliances break, and they sent Kirill the next day. Kirill is an amazing technician - fast and very skilled. He came back with the necessary part the same day as opposed to waiting for the following week (I am very grateful for this!). Max Appliance has always had great technicians over the years we've been using the company, and we've always had great service. A huge thank you to Kirill!Answer from pro:

As our fridge/freezer was warming, we contacted Max Appliance Repair and they quickly assigned a technician (Alex) to the job. He arrived the next day, quickly assessed what was wrong, and determined we needed a new cooling/freezing system which had to be ordered. Four days later, he installed the new component for the price he had quoted. He also took the time to show me the broken electrical connection and the work he had completed. He also took the time to test the newly installed system to make sure it was working, and then cleaned up the work site. Had a control panel malfunction and needed a replacement. Vlad diagnosed and took care of the problem. Excellent communication especially around scheduling, payment and the process of getting the replacement part. Felt good about the interactions and had a great conversation.
