    Side-by-side fridge/freezer repair

    Called four companies before finding Max Appliance and are so glad we did. Dumitru arrived within 10 minutes of initial call, was courteous, efficient and knowlegeable - diagnosed and demonstrated the problem, and then clearly eplained how to fix with quotes on the spot. We opted to check out a new fridge but called Dumitru back the next day as it was better to fix the one we had. He kept us in the loop of parts ordering and delivery, even text messaging us info while we were out of country. Appreciated the excellent customer service, and having a working appliance again. We will definitely recommend Max Appliance and be return customers should the need arise.

    Fridge repair

    My fridge suddenly stopped working - no cold air. Called Max around 2:00 pm and technician Danil arrived around 6:00 pm. Within half an hour Danil diagnos the starter is not working and he immediately ordered the parts for repair the next day. He arrived promptly the next day to replace the starter and my fridge was up and running. He even took the extra service to vacuum the dust that was collected at the back of the fridge and also gave me precious advice how to keep maintaining my fridge which is already 20 years old. Excellent service and I would highly recommend Max Repair.

    dryer not starting

    technician was polite I found on my own the small plastic piece was broken behind panel that connects to circuit board I replaced that but still would not start technician was great trouble shooter found blown fuse in back of dryer he cleaned up after was very happy with work

    From now on... only Max Appliance Repair

    Nikos recently helped us out with our oven, which was on the fritz. Not only was he helpful and polite, he was punctual. I didn’t have to put my entire day on hold to wait. Very friendly and efficient, Nikos also looked into a couple of other issues we were experiencing. I will definitely be using Max Appliance Repair services in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who requires assistance. Thanks again Nikos!

    Fridge Repair

    Needed our refrigerator repaired as quickly as possible and I am very happy with how it all went down. Evgeniy Kasto came near the beginning of the repair window so I wasn't waiting, the work was done quickly and efficiently and I have assurances and contacts if anything needs to be adjusted or more work needs to be done. Great work and willing to recommend.

    Dishwasher Install

    Ilya from Max Appliance Repair came to remove our old dishwasher and install a new one. He was very professional, courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with the service.

    Diagnose refrigerator issue

    Greate job! He was very professional and honest I would recommend him for sure!! He also put extra effort to see if the problem can get fix by changing the starter

    Fixed Washer Machine

    I called Max Appliance and there were prompt, honest and fixed my washer. there wasn't any trying to get more money out of me. I was very pleased with the service. Definitely would use them again.

    Washer Repair

    I called Max Appliance Repair on Saturday morning, described the problem and they said they would have a technician at my house between 4 and 6 pm. At 5 pm Eugene from Max Appliance showed up and proceeded to diagnose and repair the faulty drain pump. Eugene was very efficient, explained the replacement procedure and two hours later the washing machine had been repaired. Eugene was very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Max Appliance Repair in the future. D & S McCartney Stittsville
