    Fridge repair

    Max Appliance Repair was quick to call and return my request for a quote regarding our broken fridge. They arrived 4 hours later, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and were honest about the repairs needed and respectful when we chose to pay for the diagnosis but declined the repair (Just wasn't worth the money given that the fridge was 18 years old). Would use this service again. Thank You!

    Recommended

    We were very satisfied with the service provided by Maxim. He was courteous, efficient, and explained everything that needed to repaired on our fridge and our stove. Would not hesitate to call him back again.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Ilya was great. He fixed our dishwasher problem quickly. He was very friendly and stayed to get the job done perfectly. Would highly recommend him for future jobs. Thanks Ilya!

    Refrigerator repair

    Evgen was an excellent repair man. He was able to quickly assess the situation and do a repair rather than a full part replacement. We have a 3 month guarantee on the labour so if something should not be right within that period he would come back and put in tne new part for the cost of tbe part only. This technitian was very good and honest. I highly recommend this company especially Evgen. I will call them again should we need any appliances fixed.

    Appliance Repair - Stove and Dishwasher

    When our dishwasher stopped cycling and the bottom element of our stove broke, Nikos worked diligently to solve both of the issues. He was polite, accommodating and resourceful. I particularly liked that he tried the simple fix before the expensive ones.

    GE Refrigerator not cooling

    My fridge was not cooling at all. Everything in the fridge was warm. I called Max appliance and they were very quick to respond. I received same day service. Socaliuc Dumitru was the gentleman that serviced our fridge. He was on time and very eager to get started. He went over in detail what was wrong with the fridge, what to look for and what needed to be replaced. I had a great experience with Max Appliance and I would highly recommend them.

    Appliance repair

    My dishwasher was a hard case, but Dmitriy troubleshot through all the issues and didn't leave until the machine was working perfectly. Dmitriy was very professional. I would definitely call this company again!

    Refrigerator repair

    Evgeny came to my house at the time he said. He was polite and friendly. He quickly realized that the refrigerator had been turned off and showed me how to use the Controls to turn it off and on.

    Dryer Repair

    Diagnosed the problem accurately. Provided a quick solution. Showed up on time for the original diagnosis and for the installation of the new part. The service was kind, courteous and respectful--both technicians removed their shoes upon entry! I recommend them to all family and friends.

    Fridge repair

    Evgen arrived and solved my fridge problem. He was quick and very helpful in explaining the problem to me. He describe in clear detail why there was water leaking to the bottom of the fridge. I was impressed by his professionalism. Evgen is a very pleasant and congenial person. I would not hesitate to use his service again.
