    Request a Technician visit to replace jammed filter

    I called the customer service today and requested a technician to come on site to replace a jammed water filter. The customer service explained that this is normally a paid service, but it will be waived for me based on my long time contract period. I was happy to get this service charge waived by the company. This was an example of great customer retention.

    Longtime Customer

    I have been a long-time customer of HomeWater. I have no complaints. When I had difficulty trying to remove my casing to insert a new filter HomeWater was great at sending a technician out to my home to assist me. That technician was wonderful at going through the procedure step by step and even going so far as to mark up the container to point me in the correct direction to turn the case. I am now excited to have the new upgraded Whole Home HomeWater System. Everyone that I have spoken with at HomeWater has been extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you for having this all set up right before Christmas. Happy New Year!!

    Customer service review

    I have subscribed to Homewater for several years and have always been treated efficiently and professionally by their service team. Customer Service by phone has been friendly and helpful. The equipment works perfectly and - I love the water! I tell visitors to my home that Homewater is why my water tastes great.

    Safe Water

    I have been with since 2015 and have been very happy with the service. I have moved from entire home service (I moved), to under the counter. Since my move I cannot change the filters as easy as I have arthritis in my hands. But the Home Water team has set me up with a six month service where a technician comes in and changes it for me. My water is so clear! I highly recommend Home Water!

    Filter Wrench

    After I broke the filter wrench I went to Homewater and purchased the incorrect size wrench. I ewxplained this and they sent me the correct one no questions asked. Brilliant customer service Thank you

    Home water

    I am very pleased with home water. I havent had any problems with them, when I call to get my filter change doesnt take long.

    homewater filter system

    I had difficulty in opening up the cartridge, so the company will send a technician every year to do it for me and the technician will bring a filter as well instead of mailing it. They will charge only $3.95 for this service. I am very pleased about it and Jay was very he95lpful today.

    Very good customer service and a good product. Easy to communicate , the wait times was not very long.
