I was having a problem with the under the counter system, I called the customer service and it was truly amazing how attentive they were, asked appropriate questions and helped me troubleshoot. They were also accommodating on scheduling technician based on your schedule. Thank you again for the home water personnel for an awesome job and for placing the needs of customers first.

My experience with HomeWater has be very good. When I have a concern the customer service personnel makes every effort to address and resolve my concern. HomeWater customer service is helpful, friendly and very patient.

Had the whole home system, property management made us go to one tap only. Can't wait till I can get the whole home system reinstalled now it's not on third party billing.

Paying around 17$ a month is pretty cheap, when I had a billing issue they helped correct it and was very friendly, I would recommend this company

Works great. I havent had to buy eczema cream since the five years of having the system.

Spoke to Jay re water filters that were supposed to be sent after the new system was installed. Apparently thete was a glitch and the filters wete not sent. Jay has corrected the situation and the filters are on theirs way. Thank you.
