When the auto withdrawal was removed from my gas company bill they hunted me down, in person, to go over my options! Where they managed to save me money and get an upgrade! I've never had a problem with the water filtration system and my city water now tastes great!

I called HomeWater Contact Centre that I was charged by Enbridge and HomeWater for the month of March. The representative, I was talking with, was very efficient and quick to look into the monthly bill and I was promised to get that reversed in 5-7 business days. I was provided all information clearly and promptly. I woudl say that was a one call resolution.

I call today, the waiting time is unavailable ( 1 minute only) ,Nichola is the best costumer service person, the cost that I paid is responsible. Am with this company almost 7 years. Love it

we have home water since 2012, and I like the prompt service. The staff response is prompt and there are very helpful and polite, my replacement filters are always on time.
