The product (the filtration system) is very good and the supply of the pro-filter element is also good. The conversation I had with Rashmi regarding my invoice was very fruitful and she went out of the way to send me the invoices on a regular monthly basis without me having to call up the company every month. This is very useful for me since I am answerable to my auditor and eventually to the CRA for all expenses. We are a charitable organization. Thanks Rashmi Koshy

The water tastes great. I still buy bottled but for my kids on the go. They give you 4 glass bottles which I use for on the go. Price is good and worth it

I love my kitchen water filtration system. Unfortunately I developed black mold from a bad Roofing job and I had to stop using my kitchen water filtration system. It is really nice to see some customer service from a company that you have been with for a long time. The woman I spoke to on the phone was obviously very good at her customer service,, they all are. She treated me with respect, and understood the situation and did everything she could to help me I think that is very nice. There's nothing worse than having to make certain decisions for your home and the company gets upset with you. Thank you
