Basement Renovation
We got our basement renovated by Capable last summer and I have no words to describe how impressed we are with the quality of work and attention to detail.
Starting with the sales team, Amar was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions. Right from the start Amar offered us a fair price and explained the whole renovation process to us which we really appreciated. On the topic of price, Capable is fair with their pricing and you won't need to be worried about hidden fees because Capable is up front with their pricing. Before signing the contract all fees and potential extra costs such as floor leveling are made clear to customers.
Next i'll talk about the design team. We worked closely with Kate who helped us design the layout of the basement and with material selection. Kate was a joy to work with and we were really impressed with her 3D designs and drawings. The 3D designs/drawings included exact measurements which was a plus. Throughout the design stage we made multiple adjustments (some of which were last minute) and Kate was always happy to adjust the 3D models/drawings for us to reflect the new designs.
Moving on to project management, Ludmila was our project manager. The construction schedule was easily accessible via BuilderTrend and we knew ahead of time who would be coming to work on our basement and what they would be doing. Ludmila was extremely professional and was always available to answer our question during the whole renovation.
Finally, I will talk about the construction itself. Overall the project was completed quickly and efficiently with minimal noise. The majority of phases for the project were completed earlier than expected and that gave us extra time to buy things such as furniture. The one thing that stood out the most to me during construction was how quickly and willing they were to fix mistakes and imperfections.
Overall, I highly recommend Capable to anyone looking to get their basement renovated. We will definitely reach out to Capable for other future renovation projects. Thanks Capable for the great work!
