Repair completed on time and efficiently. Technician was knowledgable and polite.

Technician arrived same day I posted to HomeStars and identified problem. He ordered the new part from manufacturer. We did need to wait a week for the new part, but it was installed as soon as it was delivered. Text communications were prompt and courteous. Thanks Canada Appliance Repair.

Could not be better - arrived on time - diagnosed exactly was was wrong -fixed it and provided expert advice as to how to NOT have the same problem reoccur. You cant ask better than that. Well done!

Ive worked with Taras for many years now. Back when he used to perform repairs himself and later when he expanded his team. Its always the same high quality work. Its a highly stressful experience for an appliance to break down. But he and his team have never disappointed me. His technicians are always polite, knowledgeable and quick with their repairs. Recently our dryer failed and he and his team provided us with an estimate, excellent technician, and within a few days a nearly impossible part was sourced by them. Thanks again Taras, and his technician Vlad! Great guys to work with.

Vlad arrived in a timely manner. He was polite, respectful and knew immediately how to effect the repair. Since this is not a common appliance, I had suspected that he had done his homework before he had arrived.

Paid reasonable price for my stove repair. Had technician Emmanuel repaired my oven, which was not heating enough . I like customer service. They usually reply within 15 min. Highly recommend
