I needed the locking mechanism on my washing machine replaced and Taras was very helpful. He was flexible with scheduling, he arrived when he said he would, and he did a great job with the repair. Its nice to be able to do laundry again.

Taras was able to fix my dryer and vent hose, fast and professionally. Great knowledge and time spent explaining what needed to be done. Highly recommend

The technician Taras managed to come the same day. He sent a text message well in advance letting me know his arrival time and he did arrive on time. He quickly fixed our dishwasher and bottom drawer of the oven. He has been very professional and polite. Will use their service again!

This company told me a replacement part would be 2 weeks at most. After 3 weeks, I had to call to hear that the part was delayed but still on the way. After 5 weeks when I called to get an update (as I had not heard anything from the company), they told me the part was now discontinued. They blamed the supplier but people from the repair company had already verified the part was available previously. It then took 3 more calls and another 4 weeks to get my original deposit refunded. Worst experience I have ever had with a service in 35 years

This review is overdue by far When we where away in Mexico My mom has left a cooking pot and fell asleep melting the pot destroying the kitchen aid glass top We where beyond frustrated as we worked hard towards a kitchen reno 2 years ago I have contacted Canada apprliance repair for a quote The price and steps where explained without any confusion Taras ordered needed parts immediately upon receiving our confirmation. The parts came earlier then anticipated The service guy was beyond friendly, clean and on time Being a service expert myself these guys has aced every aspect of our matter We are beyond happy and highly recommend
