    Our new door looks awesome

    It was done well. I was impressed with how quickly and the quality of work. Our new door looks awesome. I'll 100% refer to others.

    Highly recommended for all

    The Ramesh and his assistants were proficient and worked hard through the day. They were excellent installing the doors & windows in our house. Highly recommended for all.

    Thrilled with my New Windows

    I put off replacing my windows for years and finally had no choice. I went with Comfort Windows and Doors and they did an excellent job. From Julian my sales person to the installerseveryone was friendly and professional. I went with black frames outside and white insidewowwhat a statement my windows make. A few neighbours have already come over to tell me how good the windows look. Truth be told, getting new windows makes a huge mess, but the installers cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely recommend using this company, Im very happy. Plus they have an amazing warranty on the windows.

    They have been helpful through the projects

    Ive had my windows installed in two stages. Both times Ive worked with Comfort Windows & Doors. Julian and his entire team have been helpful through both projects and I have referred them to others.

    Window installation. Accidents Happen - but Customer satisfaction maintained

    Replaced 7 windows with energy-efficient replacements. I started the process back in Nov 2021 knowing there will be a long wait due to supply chain issues through covid. To my surprise, the install was ready to go by March 2022. Windows installed were triple-pane windows for the purpose of the Greener Homes Rebate. Julian, the estimator/sales person was great in discussing my various options to replace the windows I wanted upgraded (7 in total). I'm very happy with the quality of the windows and are a notable upgrade from my previous ones. The install went smoothly EXCEPT for some accidental damage that was done to my hardwood stairs. One of the installers slipped on their dropsheet while traversing the stairs with some debris and unfortunately dropped it on the stairs, gouging the wood in a few places on one of the steps. I was quite dismayed by this as these were custom stairs installed by myself when redoing the home a few years ago and would not be an easy repair and one that would likely not be able to be repaired perfectly / would always be noticeable in the future. While I understand accidents happen, they should not be to the detriment of the homeowner. I spoke with the management of the company who were extremely apologetic and emphasized that damage rarely happens. They were willing to discuss options with me to remedy the situation and did not try to 'pass the buck' or avoid accepting responsibility. I am happy to report that we were able to work out a solution amicably and they were very willing to accommodate my preferences in how to approach the repair of the damages, showing an extremely high level of customer care and willingness to put the customer first, over their own profits/bottom line. Do accidents always happen? no -> but I'm happy that in the rare times that it does, there are still companies out there that are willing to accept responsibility and want to maintain a good reputation for their business. Despite what occurred, I would still be confident in obtaining their services again and/or recommending this company to others.

    Windows and Doors

    I had a great experience with Comfort windows and doors. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. Great communication, good quality products and amazing installation.

    The installation crew was excellent

    We had Julian from Comfort Windows come in to quote us for a full house of windows. From the time we met Julian until the completion of the installation it was an absolute pleasure working with Comfort Windows The pricing was competitive and the installation crew under Ramesh was excellent. I would highly recommend Comfort Windows.

    Windows and Patio Door

    We contacted this company because my friend who used them last year spoke highly of Julian and the team. It was a pleasant experience since the beginning when we received the free estimate. Educational and zero pressure. There was a lot of back-and-forth on quotes, revisions, scheduling, etc., but Julian, as well as Melanie, the office manager, always responded kindly and promptly. They were patient and understanding. The installers were friendly, yet polite and professional. We're glad that we chose this company, and will recommend them to our family and friends.

    Front door

    Responsive, reasonably priced. Delivery and install were on time as scheduled. Courteous and respectful of our home. Thrilled with our new door.

    Window replscement

    Replacing windows and doors can be a hassle but Comfort Windows & Doors made it a seamless experience. They work with you to ensure the job is done right.
