    Sliding Door

    The door is of good quality. Installation was efficient and of commendable craftmanship. Scheduling was good at this time of the pandemic. Service was professional and courteous. Julian had good suggestions regarding the project. Melanie was quick to answer scheduling questions. Igor was rightly prould of his work and had good ideas of door accessories (It was comforting that he installed the same door for his home.) Daniel (?) offerred to hang up the curtain although it was not part of his work (unfortunately I didn't have the new curtain ready!)

    Used multiple times

    Quality and price cannot be beaten. The installers are VERY experienced. Great customer service. They are very busy so lead times can be a little long, but again, quality and price cannot be beaten.

    Windows & Doors Replacement

    I have an older home and was looking to replace over 30 windows and 4 doors. I had 6 window & door contractors come to the house to give me some advice on window & door choices and an estimate. My experience with these contractors ranged from excellent to forgettable. My experience with Julian, from Comfort Windows & Doors was excellent. He was patient, provided great advice, and an equally great estimate. It was evident that he cared about my project and that he takes pride in his work. Melanie, his administrative assistant, has provided regular updates on the status of the order and the installation. Julian has also addressed any concerns in a timely fashion, always to my satisfaction. Finally, Ramesh, the chief installer, along with his crew have done an amazing job installing all of the windows. They really take pride in their work. Ramesh was always patient and willing to answer any questions, and he also had some great suggestions to improve the overall appearance during the installation of the windows. I have absolutely no regrets choosing Comfort Windows & Doors. It was the best choice. Many people in the area have already complimented both myself and Ramesh on how great the new windows and capping appear. They want to know the name of the company for their own home projects. Definitely 11+/10.

    New windows and doors

    The job was huge: - new backyard-door cut out - expanding 2 windows - fully replacing main floor doors (3)/windows (6) Julian was very customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Igor and his team were on-time, very professional, clean, and honest. They changed my job because they told me I didn't need brick-to-brick on one of the installs, saving me quite a bit of money. His wasn't the cheapest quote (more expensive by ~$2k), but we're glad we went with him. We had gone with another company at our old house and found that the workmanship was much shoddier. You do get what you pay for. The service, workmanship, and quality are all great. We're going to go with them again in a couple of years when we change our windows on the second floor.

    Window Replacement

    Comfort Windows & Doors came highly recommended by a neighbour. Julian and his team met or exceeded expectations, from the on-time arrival & installation, the quality and functionality of the casement windows, the professionalism of the installers, and all dealings generally.     Balcony doors replacement

    My wife and I were hoping to replace two of our balcony doors and do a flat roof repair on one of our balconies. This meant that we needed two contractor companies working tandemly. Unfortunately, the window and door company that we contracted first failed to show up on the date they promised to and left us without any doors at all and a completely demolished balcony... It was a complete headache. We looked for another contractor company, and Comfort Windows & Doors came to our rescue. Julian (the company president) and Melanie (the customer support/installation coordinator) promptly set up a quote, organized the factory orders, and had our doors ready in no time. Ramesh with his crew came on time, as promised, and had our new doors installed while coordinating work with the other contractor company working on the roof. Ramesh and his crew did their work very diligently, quickly, and had great attention to detail. Upon completion of each door installation, Ramesh showed us the final product and made sure that everything was in perfect shape before they left. They even swept our driveway in front of the house!     Neighborhood Racoons told us we need new Windows

    From my first interaction with Julian through the quoting process through the coordination of the project with Melanie, the measurements done by Peter and the final installation of Ramesh and his colleague, this was the best home repair experience I have ever had - A professional ZERO pressure sales process (We conducted a 3 vendor RFP) - felt most comfortable with Julian and his approach - Confident and competent handling of the quoting process as well as expectation setting vis-à-vis the delivery and installation dates - Kudos to Peter and Melanie for Exceeding expectations they had set by weeks. - Competent, quick and respectful installation led by Ramesh We started with only the windows that required immediate attention, I have just asked for a quote to upgrade the rest of the house.     Back wall blow out

    Two windows and a door in our 1980s bungalow were taken out and replaced with sleek sliding doors with built-in mini-blinds. Customer support outstanding from start to finish. The change alters the look of our space immensely!

    Excellent!!

    I previously purchased a storm door from Comfort and the service and product quality were both excellent!! More recently i needed to replace 5 windows. i got in touch with Comfort again. The second time round with Comfort was just as memorable as the first time we dealt with them.

    New doors

    We had the old, drafty doors replaced in the garage, mudroom and basement. New doors were delivered and installed in a timely manner. Installations went well and new doors are providing better insulation and security. All staff were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
