    Leaky plumbing

    Within a few days of booking the appointment, Grizzly arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary parts and made short work of repairing our leaky toilet. And the cost was very reasonable! Prompt, professional, friendly and trustworthy. Highest recommendation!

    Plumbing issue.

    We had a great experience with Calvin at Grizzly Plumbing and Heating in September 2018. Same day service, fast, clean and efficient. Snaked our pipes (tree root growth), discussed the condition of the pipes using their camera, and provided advice on contacting the City to have the pipes in front of our house (on City property) serviced. We would highly recommend!

    Service call for plumbing.

    Calvin came to help us with an issue with our kitchen sink. Everything was excellent. Grizzly was extremely responsive and professional, and solved our problem. Would highly recommend!

    Toilet leaking into kitchen

    From start to finish, the guys from Grizzly were top-notch! They gave an honest quote, showed up when promised, were super friendly and most important - they did a GREAT job! The leaky toilet is fixed and I no longer have water leaking into my kitchen! I have already recommended their services to 2 friends. Our

    Water Leak and Toilet Install

    After contacting several plumbers with no answer, Brad one of the co-owners picked up the phone on the first ring. I had water damage in a closet due to leakage from a upstairs toilet. After the initial conversation as to what Brad thought it would be, I booked an appointment and was surprised to get a quick response to come over and install a new toilet. Calvin another co-owner, came over a few day later. The old toilet seemed to be the problem. Within an hour the new toilet was installed and the old toilet was taken away along with the packaging for the new toilet. I was impressed with both Brad and Calvin, their knowledge and expertise. I will certainly call again for any other plumbing issues, or heating issues.

    sink drain replaced, kitchen tap replaced and bathroom tap replaced as well.

    Great work, best solution, tidy. Some issues resolved with customer in mind. I called last week and received service much needed in less than a week.

    Hot water heater repair

    Our water heater pilot light had been going out for a few months but it finally wouldn't light again. I called Grizzly and got through right away. Brad was able to come in the afternoon to take a look and replace the thermocouple. He was honest and up front from the start with fees and ability to repair it. He was also upfront about the fact that he suspected it was the thermocouple, and that it would be worth trying to replace it rather than the whole tank. The job was done quick and cleanly. I would definitely call Grizzly again for future plumbing needs.

    Kitchen sink backup

    Brad was fantastic in finding a solution to our clogged pipe. He was a real professional and is an expert in resolving any plumbing issues. We highly recommend Grizzly Plumbing and have finally found our Plumber!!!!....and heating!

    Bathroom - toilet part replacement

    They responded immediately, when a part needed to be ordered they came back as soon as was possible, were polite, more than fair with pricing, worked on a Sunday because that was convenient for me.

    Water tank repair

    The service was professional, friendly and honest. Everything you need when looking to bring someone into your home for repairs. They came on the long weekend and didn’t charge a ridiculous up-charge like most companies do. My water tank was broken and it wasn’t an easy fix, yet They came back in a timely manner to make sure the job was done once all the parts were available. Overall 5 stars!!
