    Replaced all plumbing/pipes under our house.

    We live in the Beaches and our house is very old. We had very old clay plumbing under our entire house. They came and dug everything up and replaced all the plumbing. Their crew is amazing. They are all professional, they clean up after themselves each day and they are excellent at communicating with you during each step of the process. We were very happy with the work they did. At the same time we also installed a Back water valve and they obtained the permit for it and dealt with the inspector and provided us with the paperwork so we could apply for the rebate. Highly recommend Brad and his crew at Grizzly Plumbing. They do excellent work.

    Complete overhaul of radiators in an old home + backwater valve instal

    Kyle and the team are a very patient, clear, honest bunch, who work hard and know what they are doing. They are very friendly, and really place the customer over any hurried job. We are very pleased with all of the work done, and recommend them highly. We would use them again.

    Drain backed up into basement - roots removed!

    Water backed up into my basement after doing back to back loads of laundry. Grizzly was quick to set up an appointment to come out and take a look. Brad was polite and knowledgeable and took care of the problem. He also answered my questions and provided advice on how to deal with the root of the cause (ha!) going forward. He did so in a non-pushy way - very much appreciated. I will definitely call them for future plumbing work, and recommend them without hesitation!!

    Water coming up basement drain

    Water came up all drains in the basement after doing some laundry. I opened up a tap and watched water come out the floor drain shortly after to confirm it wasn't draining out the main line. I called Grizzly Plumbing and Heating in the morning after checking area recommendations. They arrived within the hour and snaked some tree roots out of the pipe. They were friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Brad kept me informed during the process. I would recommend Brad and his team to friends and neighbours. I will be hiring Grizzly again in a few months for another project.

    Plumbing

    Would use Grizzly again. They responded to email quickly, came out on a Saturday morning and were very helpful in answering questions.

    Kitchen sink broken pipe

    Calvin was very professional, friendly and efficient. He arrived early, wore boot covers and quickly replaced the drain basket and fixed the leak. He tested the drain, explained what he fixed and how to prevent any future blockage. He worked quickly and cleaned up the work area. I was charged fairly and offered various payment methods. I would highly recommend and would definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you.

    Emergency Gas Boiler Repair

    The boiler on my daughter's gas furnace failed on a Saturday morning. I was able to reach someone from Grizzly right away and they had a person at the residence that afternoon. We had to wait for a part but they made sure that the repair was completed as soon as the part was delivered. We were very happy with the promptness of the service, the quality of the work, and with everyone we dealt with at the company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and will definitely use them for furnace maintenance and repair in the future.

    Kitchen faucet replacement

    Grizzly's Kelvin was prompt, cheerful, helpful, informative and pragmatic. The work we needed done was finished with no fuss, no muss. I would call Grizzly again and would readily recommend them to friends and neighbours.

    Fixing burst radiator pipes and then adjusting the entire rad system for improved heating in the house.

    Extremely responsive, professional, and pleasant. After a middle of the night emergency, they arrived by 10 am the following day and had the heat back up by 1.30 pm - on the coldest day of the year. They then problem solved and offered solutions for how to replace the bust rad, to put a thermostat on an old rad, and a to put in a pump to force water circulation

    Renovation

    Work done on bathroom and bedroom renovations, which involved removing and replacing radiators. We’ve known and worked with these guys for several years on various projects in our older home, and have found them to be honest and hardworking - always trying to help find the best solution. Highly recommended!
