    Plumbing

    I asked for 5 quotes from various 90+ plumbing/septic companies, 4 of those gave me outrageous quotes claiming diastrious outcomes if not tended right away and none of them wanted to do any thorough inspection without first the use of a camera which would have cost another 2000 and have water pumped out for another 1000. Edriss of GTA was the first and only one who borrowed my shovel to check out physically the root of my plumbing issue and explained to me in terms I understood on the spot. Not only did they fix it well, they even planned ahead for me so I wouldn't have any problem from now on. And they covered old drain without me asking. Well Done! Thanks Edriss, Sleo, Ahmed and Bilail!

    Best experience with a plumber I’ve ever had

    I have never met a more friendly and knowledgeable plumber than Edriss. He has helped with our new Reno on 2 separate occasions, both in less than 24 hours! They even came out a third time at 12:30 AM, when our main water valve started leaking. Even though it was the middle of the night he had the same bright smile and pleasant attitude, and fixed the leak in 15 minutes. Can’t say enough about these guys!!

    Toilet repair

    Every time we flushed the toilet it sounded like what might be a large injured dinosaur stuck in my bathroom, until the tank refilled. I contacted 2 plumbers that service East York; one never called back and apologized 3 days later for letting it fall through the cracks, the other said he could come in a week. From a personal recommendation I used HomeStars and connected with Edriss at GTA Plumbing. From within 2 hours of our initial call, he was at my home, replaceed the fill valve and was gone. Not only was he friendly and efficient (he even covered his shoes), the final invoice was $50 less than the other quoted, with the part and taxes. Highly recommended and will certainly call them or future work.

    Strainer Assembly

    Service was quick and professional. Technician came on time and inspected the strainer assembly. He replaced the gasket and some other parts. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself and went on his way. Very friendly and professional service. Would call them again in a heartbeat.

    Sink leak

    My tenants had a leak in the sink area. Ahmid returned my call and was quick to send out a tech who evaluated the situation, got back to me with a quote and fixed the problem. I appreciate the communication with me and my tenants and the quick efficient way the job was completed.

    Running Toilet

    I had a running toilet and I sent out a request to their company. Ahmed kindly sent a technician and Helal arrived with all supplies within an hour and had the ballcock and flush valve replaced. His work was completed very professionally. I am stunned by how friendly the service was and the level of professionalism he had. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Amazing job!

    Shower Faucet Installation

    I requested GTA Plumbing Services to install a shower faucet. I was given same day service. Eddris, the technician arrived on time and immediately got to work. His service was very impressive. He got the installation done and was very knowledgeable and polite. I recommend them and I am very satisfied with their work.

    Kitec Repair Work:

    The company quoted fairly, came on time, and did quality work. The best part was that they did minimal damage to the walls and ceiling to help us minimize the cost of finishes. Would definately recommend.

    Kitchen drain clog and pipe change

    I put the request to HomeStars at 8am. Ahmed call me right away Ana arranged timing as I needed someone fast. Eddris was technician who came on the scene. Quickly diagnosed the issue, unclogged the drain and changed the leaking plumbing under the kitchen sink. I can,t say enough about Eddris as he was fast clean and very polite. Showed up at 10:15 am as promised and was gone by noon. Would not hesitate to use them again

    Plumbing service

    Called GTA Plumbing Services for a clogged drain line in my backyard. They send technician Edriss who came on site, diagnosed the problem, and quickly got to work. He snaked the drain and cleared the clog. Afterwards he cleaned up and was gone within an hour. Over all very friendly and professional service throughout. would defiantly recommend and call them again.
