Firenza Plumbing is one of the best companies around. They are real professionals and they really know what they are doing., no questions asked. If you have a plumbing or a heating issues, and you want the problem resolved for good, call them and they will resolve your issue. Certainly good service is not cheap, but that is the price of doing business. Everything nowadays has gone up in price and I trust so is the cost of their plumbers and their cost of materials. They have done some work with our boilers at our site, and the work comeplted was superb.,

I used Firenza Plumbing as I live in a condo, and this company is used by them. I do recommend this company as they were relatively reasonably priced. They came in, replaced the gasket for the toilet tank to bowl in quick time (20 minutes). Please note I had contacted another plumbing company only to have him waste my time and try to fleece me.

Horrible service when they come to fix any plumbing or heating. No hot water or very low 23c temperature of hot water. They don't fix heating issues either. Homestars should know better. Fire them.

Insane pricing for snaking a drain. They won't tell you how much it will be before coming and then BAM. No other comment. This charge was not normal in any circumstances. Charge for tech +helper $220/h area you serious? Used to be a great company I always used, don't know what happened.

Firenza came on two seperate occasions one was on a sat 8 am unexpected but delivered swift and friendly and very professional. We needed very skilled contractors so they proved they were amazing and exceeded our expectations ( owner is a developer and knows construction well so expectations were already high). Can't say enough good things about James from Firenza!! He came after hours to fix a major plumbing issue we were having in our condo unit. He was friendly, professional and dedicated to making sure the problem was fixed. It was a very complicated problem and we were extremely impressed by his work ethic and determination to make sure the problem was solved and we were happy with the work. We highly recommend James and Firenza.

We first worked with Firenza on a project in a condo in downtown Toronto as we needed a Plumber quickly and they were frequently onsite, thus very familiar with the building and its processes. We were so impressed with Carmine who came out to complete the work as he is very knowledgeable, efficient, communicates and is excellent with our customers! Because our experience was excellent from the start, we decided to look at using Firenza for other projects and have been extremely pleased with them. Firenza has been very fair in their pricing, they are very quick to get their quotes to us, the work is completed when they say it will be (and they go above and beyond on the work that they do) and there are no surprises when you get the invoice. It is obvious that everyone at Firenza from the top of the organization down understands how to provide excellent service and excellent customer service!

The recent cold spell caused a pipe to burst in our house. I called Dave B. and he dispatched one of his plumbers Steve, to come to the house. Steve identified that a pipe behind the drywall had burst. He repaired the pipe and cleaned up after he finished. Steve was competent and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Firenza for plumbing and heating issues.
