    Service

    We have 25 retail stores and Firenza services all of our stores including our Head Office. They are very professional, always available and do a fantastic job. They go above and beyond regular service, I would recommend Firenza to anyone in need. We have used Firenza for over 16 years and will continue to do so.

    Plumbing

    Firenza has been our subcontractor now for over 20 years...... we've always been impressed with their level of efficiency, professionalism, excellent service and always quick to respond at a moments notice. We would highly recommend you use Firenza Plumbing

    New addition

    Started this residential addition in 2016 in order to extend my old house(1959) Firenza plumbing team was put trough all challenges possible with this particular project starting with new outdoor sewer connection, new water line (increase), new meter install, indoor rough-in and connections for 2 full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen(2sinks,dishwasher,water line for fridge), new water heater and new water softener After completion we just realize that we need a new AC for the new addition so we called again Firenza Heating and AC Very impressed with their professionalism and way of approaching my project,for their keen eye to detail and solving any problem that appeared As a business owner I highly recommend Firenza Plumbing and Heating for any of your projects either residential or commercial Val Dumitriu

    Condo AC Replacement - Horrific

    After a six month install - still have problems, several weeks with one or two AC not working during the summer - wife was told by them to go to neighbours if she was hot, implied that I was trying to defraud the company, being yelled at by both the son and owner after camplaining about their service etc. I'm exhausted with dealing with them. Hopefully, they'll send somebody tomorrow to finally fix the improperly installed thermostat (this is the third time they had to repair/replace thermostats) so I can shut off the heat (it is September).

    Terrible service

    80 year old mother lives in a condo and there was an issue with her air conditioner. The maintenance man said we needed to call a plumber as her system requires a plumber to fix the brokem part. Called Firenza Friday and Saturday with no return call. Mom still has no air and temp has been 30 celcius plus. We called another company. Funny how their website says prompt service. Pathetic!!!

    toilet shut off valve and flapper

    Phone quote for hourly rate was $60 per hour....due to it being Sunday it was time and one half.....so $90.00........serviceman arrives and states $170.00.......the work was done in 30-45 mins.......cost 190.00............this is not the first time that I've had issues with this company either.........somehow they were recommended by our condo building......hopefully not for much longer.......they make used car salesmen seem like Mother Teresa.

    Kitchen faucet repair

    I've never been more unhappy with a company. I contacted Firenza to fix a leaking kitchen tap. I asked that the faucet cartridge either be tightened or replaced if necessary - a simple repair. After the repair was complete, I received an invoice which included a brand new kitchen faucet ($125). I was never consulted about this - I would have declined as this was completely unnecessary, and in addition I'm actually sure that the faucet was NOT replaced - my exact same faucet is still in place. I complained, was told the charge for the faucet would be removed, but I was also told that "I should never call Firenza again". As our conversation had been completely civil up to that point, I was shocked. In addition, Firenza adds a $25 "truck service" charge to EVERY invoice - simply a made-up charge. Last, I was charged for 1.5 hours of labour when even a non-plumber could change a cartridge in 15 minutes. Totally dissatisfied with their service and with their response to my complaint.

    Bathroom Vanity Installation

    I had worked with Firenza Plumbing and Heating previously. They are my plumbers of choice. On this occasion, the P-trap had to be replaced and a new vanity installed. Jacob was very nice, thorough and did quality work.

    Faucet Replacements

    We had to replace two faucets in our condo. Josh - Firenza's plumber provided great service!! SKILLED, COST EFFICIENT, PLEASANT and PROFESSIONAL!! We'd use them again and again to do any plumbing job we needed! We'd also recommend them to our family and friends!!

    Install new toilet, change shower diverter, install kitchen faucet

    I called Firenza Plumbing because they had done some work for me in the past. I also got quotes from three other plumbing companies. Firzena was the best price. Perry arrived on time, installed the new toilet, changed the shower diverter and installed the new kitchen faucet in 2 hours. He was very pleasant and efficient, and I would recommend him highly.
