We moved into our house in Burlington and within a few months noticed something was just not right with the state of the stonework/hardscaping. Over the next couple of years, everything deteriorated and we needed someone we could trust to come in and fix everything from the ground up. That's when I reached out to Lucas at All In One Landscaping. He came over as highly recommended from another contractor we were using. Right from the start, Lucas made us feel comfortable with the process and was completely transparent with what needed to be done to fix the shoddy work done previously. His team came in and got to work, laying the right materials to solidify everything. There were original steps that were not built to code, and the team made the correct recommendations to fix - and boy do the new steps look sharp. The work - all of it - has been top shelf and our landscaping now makes our home look spectacular. My wife and I are extremely, extremely, pleased with the workmanship, quality and look/feel of all of the work that was done. We had the All-in-One Landscaping team out to our house to discuss our front and side landscaping needs. Right from the initial meeting, we were impressed by the owner Lucas. He we helpful, informative, and patient throughout the quoting process and was kind enough to meet with us several times in person to go over detailed plans. After comparing his teams work on previous projects to some other landscapers we were considering, we know that their attention to detail was what we were looking for. Right from the commencement of the project, the AIO team all introduced themselves to me and my wife. The foreman Shawn was great to deal with and handled all of my comments and questions without being condescending (as I find many contractors do). You can tell that he takes great pride in the work that he and his team does. As to the services performed, we had them build a 10' x 10' concrete pad in the backyard (in anticipation of a future shed installation). Down the side of the house, they built a pathway that connected to our side door so we could finally utilize it as our day-to-day entrance. This also involved re-routing and upgrading our drainage system. The front of the house is where the majority of the work was performed. When we purchased the home, very little landscaping had been performed. And what the previous homeowners shad done was questionable. Essentially everything existing was removed and re-done, a new front entrance and steps, banding around the driveway, a new garden with full stone edging, and fresh new sod all around. As the project progressed, there were some adjustments and challenges that were unforeseen and only became apparent once they had started to dig and remove the existing landscaping. However, everything was resolved fairly simply with a handshake for simple things, or a detailed change order for more elaborate adjustments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All-in-One Landscaping to any neighbours who are looking for a reliable contractor - and more importantly, one who takes pride in what they do and is willing to go the extra mile. Although our plans for the backyard are yet to be determined we plan to have the same team back to help us with that project in the near future.

An armour stone retaining wall was improperly installed 7 years ago. I obtained 3 quotes to rebuild. All IN One was not the lowest bid but the owner was very professional in assessing and explaining the problem and what he would do to fix it. He was very prompt in responding early June to my request for quotation, and up front in telling me it would be late summer before he could do the work. The work has just been completed and within the time frame quoted. His staff were excellent and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending All In One.

Workmanship is excellent and the job was done promptly. The team was polite, answered our questions and cleaned up meticulously at the end of the day. Lucas always responded to emails and phone messages. Although it was a relatively small job Lucas gave us reasonable timelines and kept us informed about any delays in obtaining materials. (Covid Days!) We are totally satisfied.

Lucas and his crew did a great job in replacing a 20 year old fence that has a line of tall cedars right up against it. They also took the time to secure the yard that has a swimming pool with temporary fencing while it was open. The job site was cleaned up after it was finished. Very satisfied.

Lucas and his crew did an excellent job that was definitely up to our specifications and then some! Work was done on time which is greatly appreciated.
