Fresh Cleaning Services agreed to clean our house within 8 to 9 hours with two cleaning personals. Only one person ( an older woman ) arrived at 8AM and told other person was coming. That other person never showed up and this lady was slow and was only able to do three bathrooms upstairs and I had her vacuum the 4 rooms and it took her 8 full hours. Two of my washrooms were two years new and was in pretty good shape and only the shower area for the main wash room needed time scrb the shower area. She was not even able to touch the main floor and she has to leave. Company charged me the full 8 hours ( with a three hour promotion rate) though the other person didn't show up or the older woman was not able to finish the entire house. Company was saying ( without looking) that my house's condition was bad that was why one person took 8 hours just to do the upstairs. That was total lame excuse. even with this I had to go and tell that cleaning person, redo the new washroom shower and a mirror in the room. She was applying the glass cleaner to the tile and trying to clean and I told her how would that work and gave her my product. So my complain is, I hired this company based on google review and that was a mistake. I went again now to check the reviews and none of the reviewers had this lady's name as who came to clean their house. I saw a good review of the person who was supposed to come and didn't show up. The company should have known the person's ability and scheduled the other half of the the cleaning with free of charge or given back the credit for not completing instead of accusing the house condition was bad. The rate agreed was based on size of the house, number of the rooms and number of the bathrooms and yet thy charged the full amount for half job was not acceptable and upsetting. I found this as not complying to what was discussed and unprofessional. I felt like sending a picture of the rest of the uncleaned house to show how clean that looks even without their cleaning. Don't hire them unless you know or someone recommend you to ask for the cleaner that they had experience with because this is a big company just sending cleaners not knowing their ability. I wouldn't blame the person who came but the company should have known how much what type of cleaning that person can handle. I am really upset with the company not accepting the mistake of not sending two people for this size of house but charging the full amount saying the house condition was bad otherwise that one person would have completed. My argument is no, this is a cleaning job and one person can't do everything even if time permitted because if they get tired after while, they cannot do a good job. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.

I am a returning client for Fresh Cleaning Services. They cleaned my house before the pandemic and the fact that I was satisfied with the service then, encouraged me to ask for their help again. This time, too, Mackenzie and Talliah, did a very good job cleaning my house. I recommend this company.

I have been very satisfied with this service. It was gifted to me by my daughters for Mothers Day 18 months ago and it is the best gift I have ever had. All the girls are super good, but once in a while there is a special good clean that should be noted. Becca, is one of these special girls who went beyond necessary! Everything just sparkled! Yesterdays clean was super, super!

Fresh clean sent a lovely cleaner to my elderly father's apartment. She was very sweet to him and did a great job cleaning his apartment. She made a special effort doing the laundry and making his bed, which made him really happy. The office made sure that they knew exactly what he wanted. It's a very personalized and cheerful service!

We booked Fresh Cleaning Service to do a move-out clean and we cannot stress how well worth it it was. It was such great value and our house was sparkly clean for our new tenants to move into. We would not have been able to get it that clean ourselves. And the final cost came in over $100 below what we were quoted, which was a pleasant surprise! We will definitely use this company again for any home cleaning services in the future.

I had spent almost a year in the hospital. My teenage daughter’s room became a disaster. Brenda was fantastic! She came in with zero judgement, and got to work. After three hours, she had reclaimed the room, and even did a little bit of organising. This will definitely be my go to for cleaning services in the future.

Have been dealing with them for over four years, they start off good then progressively get worse. Not the cheapest for the service they provide. Last cleaning was very rushed. Missed cleaning the bathroom floor, tub, faucets, the couch had crums on it as well as the coffee table. If you are on the fence about using these people, please go somewhere else. Their was nothing heavy about the furniture.. My 90 year old mother can move it.
