    Plumbing repair

    Quick response. Fast and reliable service. Courtesy call when technician was on his way. Tracker online to see where the tech is prior to arrival. Professional, efficient and clean.

    Fixing drain stopper problem

    The response time from Drain King is quick even for this small job. Michael did a great job putting in new lift rod, as the old one was broken.

    Water line plumbing

    I had them replace piping in my basement a few months ago. I had another plumber come over to replace my water meter (separate issue) and when they saw the plumbing that drain king did he wasn't very impressed. He ended up having to replace a part which he said wasn't put in properly. He said it probably wouldn't have been an issue for years but it was still not done properly. When I told drain king about this, they gave me a lifelong membership which includes some benefits that I don't recall at the time being. Overall I'd give them a 6/10. The work was expensive and parts of it weren't done properly. I hesitate to recommend them but with the lifelong membership I have used them since without issue. When they did mess up they acknowledged the mistake and did their best to offer compensation in the form of the membership.

    Kitchen sink drain blocked by grease

    My kitchen sink was blocked, I had hired a different plumbing company two years ago and they did a pressure wash but told me it would happen again. Drain King Plummers got to the root of the problem. They opened up the down pipe from my basement and cleared tons of grease completely. A camera showed it was completely clear. Very professional and thorough, I recommend.

    Installed Water Line for Refrigerator

    Ordered a new refrigerator and needed a water line hook up super quick, before the delivery came. Drain King team sent Michael out, great young man, had the whole job done in a couple hours. Great team, made the booking super simple and reliable with updates on arrival times etc. Fantastic! So pleased.

    Install faucet and sink

    David was our plumber. He did a great job and was very sympathetic to the situation. He offered a number of alternatives and was very flexible.

    I reached out to Drain King Plumbers on HomeStars. Kailee got back to me almost immediately, and set up an appointment for the very next day. She gave me a timeframe, and then a heads-up 30 minutes before Jonathan, the technician, arrived.
