    Sewage Backup - Help needed

    We had an emergency with the basement partially flooding. We called Drain King Plumbers. John-Plumber, Jason-Mgr and Alyce-Admin were all so helpful and made the experience a lot less stressful. They are knowledgeable and understand the importance of customer centricity. Thanks Team.

    Drain Replacement

    Tyler and the crew did a great job replacing our drain under the house. I highly recommend them, they were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I plan to go back to them with any other plumbing issues.

    Plumbing

    Such a positive experience with Drain King Plumbers!!! The plumber was friendly, considerate and efficient. He took care of our issue quickly and we could not be happier. I would definitely recommend Drain King Plumbers for your plumbing needs.

    Clogged drain repair

    We had an emergency drain back up flooding the basement and we called Drain King Plumbers. Alyce in the office answered the phone right away and was able to dispatch a technician within the hour. Our technicians name was Tyler he was very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue fairly quickly and gave us options as to how we could proceed. We decided given the age of the home and the age of the pipes it was best to replace the old clay pipe. The work was done quickly and efficiently leaving absolutely no mess. We only have good things to say about this company! highly recommended! thank you Drain King and team for the job well done!

    Knowledgeable & Professional Plumbers

    I hired Drain King after reading the positive reviews on Home Stars. Tyler and Jason were both very helpful in working through an issue I was having with my shower. Tyler was great at explaining what needs to happen and the costs involved before he did any work. I will certainly hire Drain King for future plumbing needs.

    Flushing basement drain due to sewer smell and fixing leaky sink

    This is the second time we have used Drain King, as referred to us through Homestars. From their responsive customer service to their expertise team (we work with Tyler) the company is top notch. They are clean and polite. It has been overall a very positive experience

    Basement emergency work!

    This is probably the first time that I’m glad to receive a request to pass on my comments about a purchase that I made or service that I was provided with. Just want to share my sincere respect and appreciation to the crew from the Drain King and for the job that they did in my basement in the last 2-3 weeks (complete replacement of the sewer and water line form the main stack in the basement until property line). I’m especially pleased with their Project manager Jason, who handled my case. Jason won my trust on our first contact. I’ve considered a few other companies for the job, but after speaking to Jason I did not have any reservations or doubts, and we went straight into the execution of the project. Jason handled everything from the initiation of the job until its completion. He was on the site every day to follow up with the crew and to call me to provide regular day-to-day updates. I’m extremely happy with Jason’s support and the job that Drain King completed at my place. For a homeowner, this was a huge project, but it was a summer breeze thanks to Jason and his team. Excellent job execution and customer support. Keep doing great things! Thanks so much!

    Fair price Professional service, Excellent service

    This is my second time dealing with Drain King. Jason was pr0fessional and friendly. I would recommend this company and especially Jason to anyone in the GTA if you want a fair deal and excellent work on any plumbing job

    Water meter install

    I called drain king to install a water meter. Jason arrived on time and installed the meter. He finished in a timely manner and left the work area clean. Thank you Drain King

    SEWER LATERAL REPAIR (INSIDE/OUTSIDE) AND BACKWATER VALVE

    I was very happy with the project manager (Jason) and the crew who did this work. It was done very quickly and it appears to be done correctly and professionally. Communication was easy and prompt. I have no complaints. There was a bit more damage to our floors than I'd anticipated, but the reasons were explained to me. They were helpful and accommodating as much as possible. Thank you!
