Had a heater installed by another company that never worked properly from day one. Had them back twice to try and fix it but they couldn't figure it out and stopped answering my calls. I asked Justin to come take a look and he owned it like it was his problem. It wasn't an easy fix but he stuck with it and now everything is working great. Highly recommended them. It is rare that you find a company that can provide good quality, good service and a good price.

Justin is very professional with the installation of the air conditioner and he is very friendly. He knows what he is doing and do a good job. I already recommend a friend to him for the installation of 2 new air conditioner.

Lendrix is the best contractor I've ever hired. They installed our AC unit in August 2021 and the process was easy and simple. Installation took about 2-3 hours. They know what they're doing and they do it well. Some highlights: 1) Amazing responsiveness. Krystle and Justin responded to my emails usually within the same business day. 2) Easy quote and booking process. I was quoted and booked within the same day but their responsiveness depends on how fast you return the questionnaire. 3) Great follow-through - very organized and well-laid out emails and instructions from payment plans, welcome package, and updates. They also took care to follow up with outstanding items like the backordered AC cover.

During this summer's heatwave, we (along with everyone else, seemingly) opted to finally get air conditioning. We called around for some quotes from highly rated companies. Lendrix had the most reasonable pricing for the two units we needed (regardless of the trim level we chose) and was able to get to us more quickly than most others. When they had a cancellation, they moved us up even further on their schedule. The installation was quick and professional. The operating tutorial wa easy to grasp. My follow up questions about elements of the system were answered right away. And today they dropped off the winter covers for the units (which were backordered during the summer) without me having to chase them down or followup. A really good experience and can happily recommend to others.

A co worker had recommended Lendrix after he had A/C installed in his home. Since COVD had eliminated taking vacations we decided to get A/C for our home. I contacted Lendrix and got a quote which was comparable to better than others I had seen. The work was performed very professionally and quickly. The technician went over the operation of the system and provided tips on achieving the best performance from the system. I would highly recommend Lendrix and will use them if I decide to install a garage heater.

Lendrix was very quick and very professional. We got in sooner than expected and everything went really smoothly. Justin explained the new system and even went over the other systems we have because we weren't sure how they worked. All in all a great experience! I'm looking forward to a more comfortable summer next year!

A/C was installed on date promised quickly and with no mess left. Explanation on how to run the A/C was provided and hooked up to current thermostat. They returned the next day as the part they used to hook up the A/C to current thermostat had a recall. They replaced with a new thermostat at no extra cost. Very professional job.

Excellent service and attention to detail. We had two air conditioning units replaced which work far better than the original ones. Justin arrived on time, the work was done efficiently and the work areas were left very clean. He took the time to explain how to best use the system and also sent out a follow-up information and care sheet. I would definitely recommend.

We purchased our first home this summer and wanted to get a/c put in. With the crazy temps we experienced this summer, and our possession date I was scared we wouldn't be able to find one. I contacted a number of places and didn't even get a response. I was happy to find Lendrix HVAC. They got back to me right away, fit us in, and explained the whole process. Installation was a breeze!! They arrived right when they said they would and were in and out in just under 2 hrs.
