    Fence installation

    Beautiful work! They did our fence with utmost precision and care. All done within 2 days. They definitely surpassed our expectations. They explained all the steps they needed to do from start to finish. After the work was done, Spyros explained to us what we needed to do for maintenance. I am truly proud of what they did. I highly recommend their team.

    Convert back porch to full bathroom

    Full conversion of porch to full bathroom with heated floor, new insulation, exterior vinyl siding, drywall, windows, wiring, plumbing, shower, vanity, toilet and extras like moving washer and dryer from basement to kitchen. All the work was done on schedule with supreme workmanship. Spyros kept me informed of progress and ensured that I was satisfied with his exemplary workmanship. I was hesitant to do this conversion because I have no experience selecting a contractor and heard of many horror stories. I made the best choice and highly recommend GR Renovations. I already have more projects in mind and will use no one else but GR Renovations. Spyros has checked back with me to make sure there are no deficiencies and even corrected work that previous providers left unfinished. It was a pleasure and I am extremely happy with my main floor washroom. I never really thought that my dilapidated back porch could become a dream bathroom but Spyros made it happen and then some. With gratitude and thanks until the next project.

    Deck

    The team of GR removed the entire deck with in a day. Next day in tbe morning they build the new deck frame and the day after completed the whole thing. Highly recommend spiros and heas team.

    Basement renovation in toronto

    Highly recommend spyros and he's crew. They renovate the entire basement with in 4 1/2 weeks. These guys there are profesional and there communication it was amazing, spyros explained the entire process from start to finish. Me and my wife we will use GR in the future.     Fence Replacement

    Spyros and his team came out within days of me contacting them to do the work. The project was completed in about 4 days. It involved removing an old fence that was leaning heavily towards the sidewalk and replacing it. Spyros fixed the existing issues and then put up the new fence which we are very happy with. About two weeks after having paid I noticed an issue with the gate and the way it closed. I contacted Spyros about the gate and he came within days to fix it. I am very satisfied with the workmanship, the way this company followed through on timelines and the experience throughout. I would definitely contact them again for other projects. They were also quite reasonably priced in comparison to the other companies I contacted for quotes.

    Great shower renovation

    Spyros and his team did an amazing job replacing a shower liner and reconstructing a stand up shower in our condo. He was extremely punctual and responsive to all communications. The work was very high quality and was done on time and on budget with a tremendous amount of care and touch points to provide updates. I will definitely use Spyros team again in the future. A very positive experience

    Amazing Job!

    It wasn't that Spyros and his workers did an amazing job that made us incredibly happy, it was his communication. Before we started this job we left endless messages and talked to contractors who said they'd get back to us and never did. When I reached Spyros he got back to us almost immediately and showed up to check out our job before giving us a quote. He discussed possible challenges and offered suggestions in other areas as well. He quoted properly, showed up on time and showed up when he said he was going to. If there was ever an issue he communicated ASAP and offered solutions to problems. He's the first contractor who actually stayed in touch with us throughout the job to let us know how things were going. I was blown away with how much Spyros chatted with us and kept in touch. I would 100% use him and his company again. They did a fantastic job on both of our bathrooms and entry ways plus a few odd jobs during the construction. Amazing work and amazing team. He's even come back when we had a minor issue (not his fault) with one of our door hinges. Would recommend.

    bannister repair and general repair and maintenance in the home

    I am extremely pleased with the work that was done in my home. I, for one, can now walk safely up the staircase. The owner of the company is very helpful and considerate of you and your needs and takes the time to explain what is involved to have the requested work completed. It is obvious from their workmanship that time is taken for it to be done properly and that kind of pride is exactly what is needed.

    Bathroom Renos
