    Basement Renovation

    Highly recommend Spyros and hes team, they renovated the entire basement from studs to finish, amazing quality very professionals and also very fair prices. 10/10

    POWDER ROOM

    Spyros and his workers were such a professional team. They were so organized and detailed oriented I didn’t even have to clean after them. So impressed by their work. This is the second project that I’m trusting them and more than happy with the work. Highly recommended!!!!

    Stone replacement and railing installation

    Spyros and his team replaced the stone on our front yard retaining wall, and installed railings for safety on both our front and back steps. They also repaired a damaged fence in our backyard. The work was done beautifully and very quickly. We’ve hired GR for several jobs at our house and they are extremely customer focused—friendly, reliable, and thorough. I recommend them highly.     Bathroom Renovation in a condo

    This was my first professional renovation and I was nervous of what the experience would be like. Well, from day 1, the experience was nothing but professional, efficient, timely and stress-free! I really couldn’t believe how seamless the process was and was amazed each day at how much would be done and done so pefectly! Spiros was onsite and constantly consulted and communicated with me to ensure everything was done to my specs. Being in a small one-bedroom condo I was concerned about space, dust, noise etc. but the entire team were so careful, neat and respectful. What a fantastic team! Thank you Spiros and team!! I hope to see you back for my kitchen! :)

    Basement bathroom renovation

    As this was my first major renovation in my home, I wanted to make sure it was done right, in a timely manner and for an honest price. After talking to a few contractors, I decided to go with Spyros and his company. They were honest, did the work in the time they said, and despite the fact that there were some added costs due to problems that had nothing to do with the initial quote (old water problems, wood framing, and so on) the added costs were all honest and fair. Spyros and his team are straight-forward, hard-working, and take pride in their work. I know I have other work that I will need down the road, and his team will be the first that I contact.     Bathroom Reno & Kitchen Backsplash Update

    Spyros and his crew completed a full bathroom reno and updated our kitchen backsplash. After an unforeseen delay at the start of the project due to our building's plumbing, they were able to complete the work in a timely manner and get us moved back in. Communication was great and the crew was punctual and efficient. Our only issue was some damage to our existing flooring which Spyros did address to the best of his abilities. However, a little bit more care on the part of the crew could've avoided this. Overall, we're happy with the results and would book GR again.

    Basement renovation

    Highly recommend spyros and he's crew GR have done amazing work in our basement. Underpinning,framing,plamimg.,drywall,taping,painting, also floors. Always on time and the most important they where replying to our calls and emails after a few minutes.     Wrap around deck

    From the first moment of contact, I received a high level of attention and care. Sypros was courteous, approachable and prompt right from the get go. Every message sent was promptly returned throughout our interaction. He took the time to explain various technical aspects and pointed out where I could save money, and where necessary investment is important to the longevity of the new deck. Coordination was a breeze and the team showed up on time to start and complete the removal of the old deck and installation of a new one. Finally - when all was done, Spyros took the time to walk me around the completed deck, ensuring all my questions were answered and that there was nothing else that needed from him. He wanted to make sure all was delivered as promised. Indeed it was! Highly recommended.
