We found Marjan and On-Time via homestars. He answered my request for quote immediately, was on the phone with me and came out to survey the job within a couple days of my initial request. Marjan was very detailed in how he'd approach the deck in terms of the materials he'd be using and how it would be built. (He had me at "joist protection" :) ) We agreed to move ahead, and all I had to do was pick our deck colour and rails and Marjan handled everything else. My understanding is he usually has other people helping but I guess they were unavailable so Marjan built it *by HIMSELF* in 3.5 days. And we're talking 2x12s with carriage bolts, cedar posts, 16x8 foot deck 12 or so feet in the air. Not only was he quick, I, without exaggeration, have the best deck on the street. I've watched crews of 3-4 guys build my neighour's decks slower, without the same level of quality Marjan brought. Pure skill and experience. A total Pro. I hired On Time Contracting to build a composite porch with aluminum railings. I could not be happier with the outcome. Marjan was honest, hardworking, respectful and conscientious. As promised in the company name, the work was completed on time and on budget. This was the second project he and his team did at my home, and I would hire them again without any hesitation.

We hired On Time Contracting to redo our front porch. Marjan and his team were not only professionals who did high quality work they also worked quickly. In fact they completed a porch from start to finish before other contractors even got back to us with a quote. We would hire On Time Contracting again without hesitation.

The roofer that On Time Contracting hired (subcontracted) to do my flat roof did shoddy work. It has leaked repeatedly. On Time contracting refuses to fix this issue after repeated requests. It is a major defect to a project that was well done in all other aspects. I cannot recommend On Time Contracting due to the subs he hired.

Marjan is skilled, professional, and confident. He started on the day he said he would and was here every single day until the job was complete. He built a deck, replaced a fence and the front porch railings and stairs. Minor alterations or variations to the original plans were discussed and agreed upon. I am more than happy with the workmanship and result. This is the most stress-free renovation I have ever gone through. I highly recommend Marjan and his company ON TIME Contracting.
