In a word - outstanding! It was a pleasure working with Marjan throughout this project; an impressive contractor with a smart business model and strong work ethic. We had an old log fence that others saw as a daunting challenge to remove. With methodical precision and muscle, Marjan and team had that fence down and gone within a few hours, always considerate of the surrounding gardens. The new fence design was a combined effort. Marjan offered expert advice and practical suggestions that helped us make sound decisions, resulting in a strong, well built fence that looks great! Thank you Marjan!

We have hired On Time Contracting on 2 occasions now and have been thoroughly impressed with their work. We had a fence built last fall and a new pvc deck (with waterproofed storage area) built this spring. Marjan, the owner, was excellent to work with, extremely efficient and paid attention to detail. We would highly recommend On Time Contracting!

From the origins to end of our project, Marjan from On Time Contracting went above and beyond. And just like his logo "One Job at a time, Done on time", he delivered! We had some harsh weather during the build but Marjan was always working, and never left for another job; he focused exclusively on our project until completed. He was always open to discussing any modifications we had and gave us a beautiful finsihed product. I would definitely recommend On Time Contracting to anyone.

Marjan did an excellent job on my backyard renovation. He built new fencing in pressure treated lumber (shared with 2 neighbours) and a new 2 level deck in composite, including stairs. He also installed a beautiful high quality aluminum railing with glass panels and the outdoor lighting. The shed was also updated in pressure treated lumber and a new door installed. He listened to all of our design requests and the quality of the job is very high. The job included the demolition of the old fence, gates and decking. He came every day for about 2 weeks plus a few days until the job was completed in full, leaving the site clean and tidy. He completed the fencing for both neighbours on the other side to their specifications and billed them separately, making it very easy for us. I would highly recommend Marjan for any fencing and decking jobs.

Marjan is reliable, trustworthy and very competent. He built a brand new fence for our backyard that feels like a fortress as its so firm and well made. In addition, he also built a great new deck for our backyard. The entire job was done efficiently in 3 days. I would definitely recommend On Time Contracting.

Marijan and his team are absolutely amazing . His work speaks for him . It was a complex project with a lot of difficulty but he never gave up. One job at a time on time speaks for itself. Very friendly and at the same time very professional. He will transform your dreams into a reality. Reasonably priced and quality work. Highly recommend!!

Marjan’s work is brilliant. An excellent craftsman, when confronted with both structural and aesthetic challenges, he really hit his stride. He is, without doubt, a creative problem solver. He and his team worked on our yard and that of the next door neighbour. Yet while we clearly had different visions, Marjan presented us with a beautiful coordinated panorama. Definitely the talk of the neighbourhood, his work clearly enhanced the values of our homes.

On Time Contracting lives up to its name. Marjan is always on time, comes in at 8:30 am and works with no brakes till 5 pm. His work is professional as is his conduct with clients. Marjan's estimates are reasonable and solid, the cost given on the estimate is the cost you pay.
