This should have been a simple move from a condo to a house a few blocks away. However, I later realized they somehow mixed some of my contents with a few items I had physically separated and specifically instructed were the only items I needed disposed. - for which I'd paid a disposal fee. A piece of a desk (other pieces made it) and a piece of artwork lost. Lesson: double-check your stuff to ensure ALL gets on and off the truck and into your new place, undamaged, before signing anything post-move.Review from Niko, Ajax Niko, Ajax

Marco, Josh and Jazir helped me move my house and they did an excellent job. They arrived 10 minutes early and were very friendly. clear communication and movers were very polite. I appreciate their effort and taking good care of my furniture especially the many paintings they packed. I highly recommend their work. We would not recommend this company if you value your time or want to keep your belongings in good condition. The office booked the wrong time. They showed up 5.5 hours late to the actual agreed time, and 2.5 hours late to the mistaken time they had booked. Despite this, the movers provided us with no updates until an hour before they arrived. One kept kicking fragile items out of the way with their feet, even after us asking him to be careful. They scratched our front door, damaged multiple boxes, carved deep scratches into the dining table, scratched the coffee table, and partially ripped the rear bookcase panel. Once the move was complete, they rushed us into signing a form that absolves them of responsibility for damages before we had a chance to check our belongings. They avoided a one-star review by being fast after arrival and kindly taking some furniture to the dumpster.Answer from pro:
Hello Ellis, We are truly sorry to hear that your move did not go smoothly as expected, however we do not have any records of such concerns by phone/ email. I have tried contacting you, please reach out our office directly so we can address your concerns. While we always appreciate customer feedback even when critical, we did have your move scheduled in afternoon but you requested adjustment 3 hours advance as result we provided 2 hours arrival window because the crew was finishing up with the first customer. Our crews always make sure to protect all furniture with blankets to avoid scratches/ dents but they were rushed not to and an elevator not in service makes the move difficult. Movers disposed your furniture in garbage area as requested and some of the extra large boxes were overloaded. We understand how frustrating this must have been and are committed to making it right.
