Donald was prompt with the responses and was able to schedule our move within the week. We moved this past Saturday and our movers were fantastic! It was a 2 man crew that arrived 10 minutes early and worked tirelessly to complete the move. After speaking with few different moving companies i chose to book with Donald. He was very confident and straightforward with the estimate. Movers came 1 day in advance to do the packing and prepare for the move. I am satisfied with their work. However some suggestion for the future to the movers would be to load the chairs last as we had to wait until the end of the truck to offload the chairs and we were standing for the meantime. The Arielli Movers team was fantastic during my recent moving experience. they were polite and accommodating of my needs and communicative during the all moving process. I received a quote and give them all my information. Come the moving day 3 movers assisted very polite, friendly and careful. I needed help in packing all the artwork and they did a good job with that. It was a lengthy move given the 3 hours of travelling to our new home in London. Asked for 4 person crew, received 2.5 (one was almost not working) Several times asked for them to visit the home to estimate the truck size, never came. Finally sent pictures and videos to make sure the right truck size is sent. The wrong one was sent and therefore they had to do 2 trips, and they charged us for the whole time Almost all I had was already packaged, it took them 6 hours to put the boxes in the truck. They were charging the time, of course. One of the crew was so tired and out of shape that caused lots of damages to our fridge, freezer, and a computer desk. After two trips, there were still lots remaining at the old house, I had to rent a Uhall the next day and move them myself. We complained, they listened, and that was that! Nothing. not even an apology. Not even asking about the damages. NOT A THING!Answer from pro:

We strive to provide professional, efficient and careful service.I understand you are going through renovations and it is stressful moving your belongings in garage or basement. You confirmed you would be moving boxes in advance and the videos emailed did not show all your items. Considering short distance between locations, I quoted 1 truck with second trip for patio furniture.The crew worked tirelessly and made sure all house furniture was protected although 1 mover was sweating a bit more, they did complete the move as quoted. They also did say they liked the cookies from you! Your request to deduct hours was not approved as the movers completed within estimate of 10-12 hours with 1 hour discount as courtesy. Your claim about damage inside fridge was followed up and the movers confirmed in your presence the pre move existing dent to the fridge side. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are committed to improving our service. Sincerely.
