    Booked with Arielli based on online reviews. They came in cheaper than everybody else in Oakville. These guys were a pleasure to work with, the crew worked efficiently and did not stop for breaks. They accommodated for all my crazy requests and did not complain one bit. They even helped me install my Tv on the wall in the new house, while another guy was installing a baby crib. They were also enjoying their day, laughing and working away. I would hire them again in a heart beat and recommend them to all my friends. Recommendation, if you have 3 bedroom + ask for 3 guys. I was quoted 2 guys but asked for 3. Do not regret it one bit

    I hired Arielli to move our four bedrooms house. The quoting process was detailed and they seam to have the experience to deliver great work.

    We are extremely happy with Arielli movers. Since my initial conversation with Daniel and the quote was delivered right after our call. The movers were Polite and professional. Our house was 4 bedrooms so it took a whole day.Many thanks

    First, they were late. I had an elevator booked, so being late was not ideal. Secondly, I was quoted one price and given another price at the end. A hidden travel fee was added without my knowledge. I immediately tried to contact the company (Donald)to discuss, but he texted back saying they would call back and never did. Donald called next day asking for payment. When I disputed the extra charge, Donald got frustrated and hung up on me. When I called back right away saying you hung up on me, he said that he was on the phone with someone else. Customer service was lacking with Donald and lies. I will say that the two movers, Alex and Tony, were great. They did their job well and were friendly. In the end job was completed, but I will not be booking with this company again. Liar: notice was well over 24hr. Don’t try to justify being late. Assume accountability. We all make mistakes. Don’t try to clear your name by deflecting onto me. Shame on you.

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we strive to make every customer experience seamless & stress free.However, we would like to clarify a few important details for accuracy and transparency:We did accommodate you within 24 hours request and schedule you in for 12pm.The moving agreement start time confirms 12:10pm. I believe 10 minutes is reasonable as the movers need to localize your unit and make sure parking is done in accordance with on-street bylaws. We received a payment for 2 movers crew with the truck as quoted for only 2 hours. Your bill with the total 3 hours minimum is not paid in full as quoted over the phone and confirmed on moving agreement upon the crew arrival. The follow up call was arranged at the earliest. We have a strict insurance policy that does not allow anyone to load and organize the truck except our crew which you did not follow. Regards, Arielli Moving team

    Everything went extremely smoothly with our move. The movers were quick and careful. I'd definitely use them again.

    To repeat so many previous reviews, excellent service - arrived on time, briskly and carefully transferred everything to the truck (wrapping with plastic where appropriate) and to my grand-daughters apartment an hour later. Couldn't ask for better.

    Arrived 30m late but understandable for the distance they travel. Tony and Abdul were great. Steady and non-stopping, finished the job in 3.5H. Note about this vendor is that be aware they charge full hour, not like others who charge 15M.
