    Duct professional

    My wife and I were really happy with the service provided by Sem\s! We were doing renovation in our house, and decided to clean out full HVAC system as well. They explained everything before they did it and showed us some before and after pictures. It was amazing to see how much dust and dirt were accumulated for years. They were doing really dusty job and left everything clean. We appreciate that! These guys are really professional. We strongly recommend your company.

    Exceptional service

    Finally I’ve found a nice Air duct cleaner service. Mike and his partner did an amazing job - would recommend them 100%! They were on time, explained everything in detail, shared before/after photos and they were also very respectful of all property, which is important to me.Exceptional customer service and quality of work, I was fully satisfied on the result. Highly recommend Sems Duct Cleaning to anyone!

    Duct specialist

    Great work and fast response. They scheduled me quickly when I called and did a great job explaining the process in details! Don't usually post reviews but had a really bad experience with another duct company. Highly recommend this company.

    Cleaned ducts

    Got my dryer vent cleaned with this company. Excellent customer service and knowledge of the issues we had. They were at my house when they said they would and showed me before and after pictures while cleaning my vents. The ducts are now spotless and I can breathe. Thank you!

    Good work polite and very professional

    The company arrived on time, the lady from the back off was very diligent on accommodating my schedule. The work was done very well. I was asked prior to the use of the sanitizer if I wanted it which I was appreciative of as I have respiratory issues. 1 week after I feel the air is cleaner in my home. I didn’t like them writing on my furnace. The furnace is new and I think a sticker or magnet would have been more cleaner than writing. But other than that I would recommend them to my friends as long as writing in the furnace is not done. I wish I had been told that prior to them doing it. I would have provided a sticker.

    Duct cleaning

    Duct cleaning itself was done well, but here are the concerns: - when asking for a receipt, he wanted to charge an extra $29 as an administrative fee on top of HST - left a mess all over the house (tarps were put down, but not properly and they weren't too concerned about making a mess outside of that - let water sit on our new laminate flooring. I asked him to be careful with that and his response was it was fine to leave it. - doorway damaged from hose being dragged against it - one of the workers had their footprints left all over the house (filthy socks) and a swiffer mop was not enough to clean it - we had requested to see, with a camera, the before and after, which they committed to doing, but all they took was an iPhone pic that didn't show much detail - as another customer mentioned, they wrote all over the furnace instead of putting a sticker - kept going out of his way to say how his service is the best and everyone else was not so great (using more colourful language) - kept insulting previous owners and generalizing how that race tends to be dirty (previous owners were quite clean) Definitely would not consider them again due to lack of professionalism.

    Great price & very friendly

    Price was great, Michael was friendly and passionate about his work. Only criticism was that usually there’s a sticker left with their visit recorded, but it was written with permanent marker on the vent. If that method continues than my vent will look like graffiti after a few more visits.

    Duct Cleaning

    They arrived on time. It took them four hours to clean all ducts in our house. They were very professional and well mannered. We are really impressed with their job.

    HVAC cleaning

    Having a restaurant in Downtown Toronto means cleanliness is paramount. I was horrified when Irealized we required duct cleaning. I panicked thinking about the health and safety repercussions. SEM’s came and alleviated all my concerns. From start to finish they were top pros and conducted the clean with minimal fuss and mess. I am in debt to your company.

    Professional service

    We have lived in our home for nearly 10 years and never really thought about this kind of cleaning. But we were told by a neighbour that this improved the air quality in their home and how it can stop allergies forming and I must say I can notice the difference as the air seems to be fresher now. The guys who performed it were great and they did not top until it was spotless. They even gave me a recommendation for the installation of new filters. So if you are looking for this cleaning then I would recommend SEMS.
