I seem to be an outlier with this review. I read all the positive reviews and thought, what could go wrong. I had hail damage summer 2023, fixed summer 24. It started on a negative note with them showing up early one morning without any notice that they were coming. I was not at home and they woke my wife...who has mobility issues...and they kept ringing the bell non stop until she got up and answered the door. They proceeded to do their work and when I got home there was no apology for the lack of notice. Or the inconvenience for my wife. The crew chief seemed annoyed that I wanted question answered. He never did introduce himself. The crew did not seemed concerned that their material and removed roof material was placed on our front yard vegetation. They did a poor job in site clean up....I'm still finding screws and nails in my yard. We live in a duplex and our neighbor was not doing any repairs. Which meant that only half of the garage was repaired. On the side I could see from the house, it was clear that the cap, which was to cover the separation between the two sides, was not being done correctly. The cap was not straight. It was corrected. Two days later I noted that the cap on the rear of the garage, was not down the middle of the roof. When the project manager came to look at my concern, all he did was tell me it was done correctly. Even thought you could see it wasn't. After many tries to get him to see the error, I finally gave up. It was an a visual concern that I've now learnt to ignore. So my experience with Green Sky was not good. I just hope that the actual roof repair was done properly.

After a nasty hail storm hit the neighbourhood last summer Green Sky approached me about doing the needed repairs to my home. The entire process was very professional from beginning to end. They appraised the damages and prepared a exhaustive report including photos, detailed documentation and their estimate which they submitted to my insurance adjuster. The insurance company agreed to a full wrap siding replacement thanks to the report. Next I worked with a Greensky sales rep to choose the roofing and siding products for my home. I opted to upgrade to James Hardie siding and add some stone veneer to the front of the house. They took measurements of the house and then provided an app for me to choose the material and visualize the colours in a 3D rendering of my home. Shortly after my project manager visited me to wrap up the final details. The materials were delivered. First the roofing crew arrived and completed the roof in a couple of days. Next the siding crew taking a couple of weeks. Finally new eavestroughs and downspouts were installed. All work was completed to a high standard. Every person I dealt with during the process was friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Greensky.

Eric and his team took care of us from start to finish. He was very attentive to our goals and the timelines were very close to what was promised. Hardy Board, all soft metal a garage door and the installation of gemstone lights, we look brand new and couldn't be happier! Don't hesitate to get Eric and his crews involved. His prices were far and away the best, don't spend too much time looking for a better deal, use the pros!

Greensky was a fantastic company to have do the work on my house, my insurance company recommended them. Greensky managed all the different Trades well, with quality work being done quickly (shingles, siding repair, eaves, downspouts). Greensky was extremely accommodating to any additions and changes I made and I will definitely use Greensky again for any work I need done on my house. I absolutely recommend Greensky!

Amazing experience working with the whole team at Green Sky Roofing. They did wonders, getting me a new roof. I recently bought a house in rough shape, especially the roof, with missing vents and everything. Green sky roofing were very quick to get me a fair quote, schedule me a time to get the job done and finish it! Extremely happy with all that was done, my house looks brand new from the exterior!
