    Roof Installation

    Very good job, good value and there was not a long waiting period. I would recommend you give this company a chance! They are very receptive to working with you in regards to your repair.

    Great work and very professional

    The hail storm last year damaged our roof and sidings and many other exterior parts of the house. Green Sky helped us with everything that needed to be done, from contacting our insurance on our behalf to getting different professional contractors to fix different part of the house. I know how hard it is to find a reliable and professional roofing company so I thought I'd share my opinion. I highly recommend Green Sky crew

    I would not recommend this company

    A couple of months ago, I hired Green Sky to replace the shingles on my roof, mostly because of all of the positive reviews I had read. However, the experience I had with this company--Jeff in particular--was pretty terrible. First off, *after* receiving my quote, just when I was about to sign the contract for the job, Jeff told me that the initial quote did not include GST, and that it would need to be tacked on. Sure, that's not the end of the world, but I do think that kind of detail should have been communicated earlier. It seems a bit dishonest not to do so. Then, two incidences with the job itself in particular frustrated me: 1) Jeff told me, verbally and in an email, that even though it wasn't part of the quote, he would gladly fix my downspouts. He did not follow through with this. I asked him about this twice thereafter and heard absolutely nothing. 2) After my roof was fixed, he left roofing materials left behind. So I contacted him about removing these on three separate occasions and, again, nothing. What especially bothers me is that after I made my payment, I sent yet another text to him, and it was complete radio silence. Nice--now that you have my money, I guess this means you don't have to deal with these unresolved issues. As such now, because of a major hail storm that caused some significant damage to my home, I have another job that needs to be completed, one that costs three times as much as the roofing job of which Jeff was in charge. However, I am definitely NOT going back to Green Sky because of this recent negative experience. I would not recommend this company.

I would like to clarify few things in regards of your comments. 1-On the agreement that you signed on May 28th, the amount shows $5,050.00 plus GST. The total amount was written on the agreement is $5,302,05. Unfortunately, as all the companies in Canada we have to charge taxes. 2-After reviewing the conversations between you and Jeff. The one downpipe repair was not in the agreement and was never added in the agreement. Thats maybe why it was left out in the first place. 3-After each job there are some left over materials and will be pick up in the next few days after the job is completed. In our records we did picked up the bundles left over and it's not mentionned in your comment. 4-If you didnt have any response after leaving a message text, we encourage you to call the office and someone will take care of your concerns right away as our company is focused on customer service. Other than that we offer a 10 year workmanship and 30 year manufacturers warranty one of the highest rated in Alberta. On top of that we do everything we can to please our clients and customer service is crutial for us. If you have any issues with project managing communication, please contact us at Green Sky . It is unfortunate, that you would leave such a damaging review instead of just calling us as we would be more than happy to help if we inconvenienced you in any way.

    Roofing repair

    I chose this company to do my roof repair from a insurance claim. They went further to look into my attic and noticed some voids where blow in wasn’t filled. Roof and blow insulation was done efficiently and on time.

    Roofing & Skylight installation

    We had roofing and skylight installed in oct 2020 by Green Sky roofing Eric was the first person to respond to my request for an estimate quote within half an hour. He was very friendly , professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient in explaining all the details. His price was competitively priced. His crew completed the project on time and clean up job was thorough. Eric went out of his way to help replace flashing even though it was not part of the roofing agreement. He did not charge me for the material & labour!! Thank you Eric. I would definitely recommend and use Green Sky Roofing for future projects!!!

    Roofing

    Green sky is a professional company, easy to deal with.Always on time.Thry deal with the insurance company, to make it easy for you. After the job is done, Eric came for a last check up, they cleaned everything. I recommend this company 100%.

    Roof and siding repair

    The hail storm last June damaged houses in our community. The roof, sidings and windows of our house needed repair so I started looking for a contractor who could help me restore our house to its original condition. I came across Green Sky and read the reviews and thought I should try their services. Jeff and his team responded quickly and did an assessment of the scope of the damage and submitted an estimate. Green Sky also helped us with our insurance claim. The rest is history. Jeff and his team did an excellent job in the repair process. I am confident that our house is back to it's safe and stable condition as before the hail storm.

    Replaced old skylight with new Velux skylight

    The company was courteous, reliable and performed professionally, did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves. The installers called me to set up a time to come to install the unit. The came an hour late but that did not bother us, prior to leaving, they came inside the house to clean the inside of the skylight, thank you, appreciated customer.

    Insurance Repair

    Green Sky helped me out with a hail insurance claim. All communication was dealt with promptly and service was excellent. Happy with the results! Excellent company that I would be happy to recommend.

    Siding and eavestrough replacement

    Green sky was recommended by my insurance company inspector and upon a few reviews of different companies, Trevor was great to work with and help me through the process from start to finish on my siding repairs after a major hail storm. Some repairs were needed after the crew was completed and he stepped up to get it done. When the time comes to repair the roof, I will be reach out for a quote.
