    Timely, Affordable, Professional Installation of EV Chargers and Panel Upgrade

    Hyperion Electrical was recommended highly to us, and they did not disappoint. Shane was particularly helpful in understanding our needs, and providing great advice on options. In the end, they did an exceptional job installing 2 x Electric Vehicle chargers, as well as additional power outlets in our garage, and all the complexity in upgrading our panel and working with HydroOne. They were also very flexible in meeting our needs and timelines, and adapting swiftly to changes that we needed. Great value, affordable pricing, with clear and timely invoicing. We also greatly appreciated Shane and his team liaising with HydroOne, and getting a great amount of work done, quickly. We will be coming back to them when we are ready to get solar panels and PowerWall battery packs installed. Highly recommended!

    Install Portable Generator
    I Originally initiated a project on home stars to install a generator panel at my home. Initial contact from the owner of the company was good. He arrived on site and advised that they only do generlink installs rather than generator panels. I elected to go with a Generlink. I was sent a link from hydromottawa to pay for the meter pull, as well as a quote from the company for the supply and install of the generlink. The pricing was on the higher side of what I expected but the owner seemed to be on the ball so I accepted it. The unsatisfactory part came during the planning phase, I needed to prod or prompt the company for next steps. My impression was that I had a small job and it wasnt that important to them. I finally got an install date and all of that went well. The electrician sent to deliver and install the generlink was amazing. The Hydro Ottawa guys were also pretty cool. I never received any follow up from the company post install. I am planning a 200 amp panel upgrade in the future , but I dont think I would use this company again. I dont want to be a project manager and a customer.

Yes, you did reach out to see why it was taking sometime and after a few weeks with no response from Hydro I did do a follow up with them. This seemed to speed up the process after speaking with the manager. Once that was in place everything fell into place. Unfortunately Hydro is still delayed after their strike and we are doing our best to accommodate you and all of our other clients. As soon as you had given us the thumbs up I had ordered your Generlink and received it within a week.     Pool Heater Hook up

    Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Shane and the Hyperion Team on a few occasions for a number of different projects around my house. Shane has always responded to my calls and emails without delay and arrived onsite ready to trouble shoot and fix my problems. The details of the work have always been well explained and his quotes have always been extremely fair. I cant say enough about the quality of the work, knowledge and years of experience. Regardless of the size of the project, Hyperion is the team for the job. I called Shane to hook up my pool heater, he was onsite within 24 hrs and helped me fire it up. Thanks Shane, we are now able to use our pool!

    Lighting overhaul

    Shane and his team did amazing work. The attention to detail was appreciated, and even though we hired them for a large job, that you would expect to be messy, they were meticulous in keeping the area they worked in clean. Everything was well explained and Shane, Rob, Louis and Dillan were all a pleasure to work with.

    Blown away

    Blow away by the responsiveness, transparency and trustworthiness of the owner and his workers. More affordable than others too! Contacted on the Tuesday, visit on Wednesday, work completed on the Thursday. Looking forward to working with them again.

    Outlet and potlight installation

    I contacted Shane at Hyperion regarding a small job consisting of some outlet installations and a new shower light. Shane was very responsive and informative of the work that may need to be done for the job. Luc and Ainsley were sent over to do the work and they were very professional and made sure to walk me through the work they were doing. Their work is efficient, high quality, and I am extremely happy with the results. You wont have to worry about craftsmanship with Shane and his team at Hyperion Electrical, I couldnt have asked for a better alternative.

    Wiring, lighting, car charger and panel change

    We originally contacted Hyperion about installing a highspeed car charger and replacing our outlets that still had aluminum wiring. After talking to Shane we ended up deciding to add pot lights to several rooms on the main floor and added a bunch of miscellaneous tasks to fix a bunch of the electrical quirks of our older house. We are extremely happy with the work and particularly impressed by how much we appreciate the lighting suggestions that Shane made during the visit. There were some unexpected hiccups in the work (due to the age and construction of the home), but the quoted price stayed the same. Would definitely recommend Hyperion and use again for the great advice and peace of mind!
