We contacted Hyperion for a Spa electrical installation. This was during a time, where social distancing and extra precautions were a must. We don’t have what I would call a simple setup, as we have a backup generator that also feeds into our electrical system. Shane came the next day after our call and was able to provide a quote that fit our budget, and he made sure that all protective measures were followed. Fast forward a week later (day after spa delivery) and his crew was hard at work to make sure the installation went smoothly and we could enjoy our new purchase in a timely fashion. We are very happy that we chose Hyperion, and Shane has been a pleasure to work with. This will be our first call the next time we need electrical work done.

My original request posted to HomeStars was to get an estimate for wall sconces to be installed in my bedroom. Within minutes, Shane wrote back to me. He answered all of my questions very professionally and within a short time, he was here giving me some options to work with that respected my budget and time constraints. At the moment, I'm still deciding on whether to proceed with that particular work, but not going ahead with it right now is not because of the proposals Shane laid out. There are other factors on my end. In any case, I had other electrical issues with my unit. Mainly, the under cabinet lighting had not been working which was caused by water damages from the homebuilder, which required the kitchen to be completely gutted and re-done. Unfortunately, I must have not paid careful attention during my walk-through with the disaster restoration company after repairs were completed because the under cabinet lighting had not been working for the last couple of years when I had the condo rented out to tenants. Since moving in, I haven't been able to enjoy cooking because it's hard to see with barely any lighting (this place has poor lighting too). Shane came over and diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally, all with a good dose of humor. To put it diplomatically, the layout and design decision of my unit is super "interesting" (i.e. wiring where wiring shouldn't go; tight place with so much wasted space; lopsided kitchen island; among other things). I've had so many issues with this condo so far. And as I was chatting with Shane, he didn't charge me for the work. It's competent people with compassionate hearts, like Shane, that make these unprecedented times seem not so bad at all.  I would not hesitate to recommend Hyperion Electrical Industries Inc. to anyone for any of their needs, regardless of electrical work. I can proudly say that this is another company that I'll be adding to my arsenal of experts that I can depend on. Thank you for resolving my problem Shane and thank you for the laughs! You made my day. :-)

Yesterday (Friday) our dryer plug melted and scorched the plug. Without hesitation Shane got back to me immediately and set a Saturday appointment, which was great! I explained that currently we’re using the dryer everyday as my wife is a healthcare worker and needed washing everyday during COVID-19 outbreak! So professional, polite and very quick! I will definitely be using Shane for any future renovations as he also informed me of some minor fixes that may be needed down the road!

Shane and his team exceeded all our expectations! They are a highly skilled team of professionals who provide honest and quality work. They were punctual, explained the job thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The pricing for the job was more than fair and Shane is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Hyperion and would give them more stars if I could! Thanks again for the great work guys :)

We had Shane and his team install potlights in 2 rooms in our house. They look amazing. Very professional workers who obviously take great pride in their work. We will definitely go through them again for future work!

Rob, our electrician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was sure to inform us every step of the way as to what he was doing so that there were no surprises in the end. We were extremely happy with the end result and will definitely be using them again for any future work.

Shane did not charge for an initial review of the problem but on re-occurrence his electrician showed up immediately and had the repairs completed in a couple of hours. Great service. Thanks.

We invited Shane and his team to install our over the range microwave and do the supporting electrical work. Although it was a challenging job (not without its surprises due to the configurations of our home), the team did excellent work in helping us make our kitchen even more functional. What I appreciated most was the clear and regular communication before, during, and after the work.

Hired Hyperion to wire a dozen pot lights and an electric fireplace. The communication through the entire process was excellent. Shane made sure he understood what I wanted and was able to complete the job at a very good price. We were also under a tight timeline to get the work done and they were more than accommodating. They did an excellent job, were clean and efficient. The fireplace posed a few challenges, but again, I was kept in the loop and they ensured that I was happy with the plan before going ahead. I'd call them again without hesitation and HIGHLY recommend them.

Hyperion removed and installed some recessed lighting in a couple of our bathrooms. The guys were friendly, efficient, and the final product was exactly what we wanted. I would absolutely recommend Hyperion, and will use them again in the future.
