Our stove had an issue with one of the burners. The technician came in, diagnosed the issue, bought the part at a great deal, came through, fixed our burner, and we are now cooking again. Great service. Thank you so much!!

Very poor customer service. Technician said the motor and water for the ice maker was fine and it was simply 'human error' of why it wasn't working. Said it would take a 'few hours' for ice to start. After calling him, he continued to say wait and if it didn't work, it could be another problem. That is the whole point of a diagnostic call is to check and see what the issue is and provide a quote, which he didn't do. I ultimately had to call someone else at the company that provided the quote that the technician was supposed to, but didn't. I will not be going ahead with this company as the customer service was poor and the technician laid blame when in fact he didn't do his job thoroughly.

The technician arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue with my fridge, providing a clear explanation of what was needed. He then proceeded to fix the problem with great care and attention to detail. I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend this service!

Competent and friendly service. Were able to diagnose issue with the cooktop quickly and order parts for discontinued model. Pivoted to install a new cooktop when decision was made the wait for parts was too long
