    Repair household appliance

    I had an excellent experience with EZFIX Appliance Repair! My appliance issue was diagnosed quickly, and the repair was handled efficiently.     Repair household appliance

    I had a technician come to look at our relatively new condenser washer&dryer which had stopped drying properly. When he arrived he opened the machine, looked at the parts and said everything appeared normal. He asked questions and suggested trying to replace the thermistor which did not fully address my concerns. I pointed out that when the machine was working properly it could dry even on the cold setting without issues, and it was still getting warm on the warm cycle now. Then the technician told us that these types of machines tend to get clogged. He said that cleaning was an option but would be expensive and wouldn't help long-term. After he left, I managed to take out thick pieces of lint from behind the gasket where I wasn't feeling confident reaching earlier, and it made it a bit better. I appreciated his advice, but I wish he checked for clogs and was fully honest before offering to replace the part that was likely fine, especially knowing that lint issues were common.

The suggestion to replace the part was to address your concerns, taking into account your description of the issue, and based on our experience with these 2 in 1 systems. Detailed lint cleaning is possible, but costly on your machine, and lint build up will continue. We pride ourselves in providing honest service, and I am sorry to hear that you didn't get what you were expecting.

    Professional yet friendly. Repairs and costs for icemaker replacement for Whirlpool refrigerator fully explained and agreed upon. Highly recommended!

    Washer, dryer and dishwasher repair

    Quick diagnosis of the issue with each appliance and was able to have everything repaired withing the next day or two once he got the parts. Excellent communication, very professional and easy to work with. Will always call them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

    Range hood replacement

    Reached out to EZ Fix looking to replace an existing insert range hood that came with our place and had become too noisy. Our replacement unit was a few millimetres smaller than the cut out and we were unsure of some other specs. From the first reach out via email describing our situation to the visit by Eugene, I knew we were in good hands. Maria asked great, detailed questions to clarify the job ahead of time and ensure a smooth experience for all and offered a competitive quote. Eugene, the technician, came prepared and was courteous and knowledgeable. His ability to problem solve made quick work of the job and thankfully no major modifications were needed. Would definitely recommend and will keep their number handy for future jobs.

    Dryer Repair

    Our dryer stopped working unexpectedly. EZ Appliance was prompt to respond and book the appointment. Eugene completed his diagnostic and gave us the worse and best case scenarios. The part arrived within a few days, was replaced, and all was back to normal within less than a week. We were impressed by Eugene's knowledge and professionalism and we would definitely use this company again should we need them in the future! Highly recommend!!

    Fast, competent and friendly

    Broken microwave fixed within a week, just had to wait for a part. I had initially called whirlpool to fix and their repairman, after several weeks, told me my part was no longer available. My microwave is almost 20 years old. I'm glad I found EZ Fix.
