    Washer

    Eugene arrived and repaired my washer on the same day I called. He was so professional and very helpful in explaining every detail of the problem and how he was able to fix it . So impressed that he took extra steps to try and save us money and in our case it all worked out .. Definitely recommend !!

    Professional, Honest and Trustworthy!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Eugene who truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism was evident. He methodically replaced several parts in my dryer, demonstrating incredible diligence and expertise before finally identifying and fixing the underlying issue. His honesty and trustworthiness were apparent throughout the process, qualities that are unfortunately rare to find these days.     Dryer

    Eugene was awesome. Showed up on time, immediately diagnosed the problem, was fully transparent with pricing, got my dryer fixed in no time. Thank you! Ez Fix is my place go to for all future appliance repairs.

    Induction Cooktop Replacement

    Eugene removed our existing induction cooktop and replaced it with our new cooktop. He did a great job, he took extra care in our home and made sure that everything was working properly. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Fixed in a jiffy

    They fixed my Bosch dishwasher in one visit. Very knowledgeable technician- they knew what the problem was based on my description of the symptoms and provided an accurate estimate before they even arrived.

    Came to fix washer but recommended replacement. Honest assesment. Excellent communication about scheduling and easy booking.

    Fast repair, easy to book

    Eugene was on time and did my simple repair with no fuss. Im happy with the work. But perhaps what impressed me even more was how easy it was to book the repair and get a quote. They asked for photos instead of waiting to show up day of and confirm they could repair. So I knew Id get the job done when they came. When I had to call with some scheduling adjustments, someone actually answered the phone! So easy to coordinate with this team! Theyre the only service Id call again after this experience.

    Install replacement appliances

    Eugene did a wonderful job installing our replacement appliances into the old built-in cabinets. Did pre-inspection first and then ensured everything fit correctly. Great job!

    Dryer repair

    Leonid fixed dryer and cleaned vent, a few weeks ago. He discovered dryer was not installed correctly 10 years ago and dryer shell was filled with lint. No wonder it was not drying well. He also replaced rotor bearing (it had been noisy). Leonid spent more time than he planned, but wanted to do a good job. He and company were easy to deal with. I will use them again
