    Backflow valve install done quickly

    Sergio replied to my request for a quote immediately and the job was done two days later! I had a backflow valve installed outside my house. Sergio's crew worked quickly and had the job done within a few hours. They left the job site looking tidy. They were polite and personable and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this company and I would call them again if I need more work done.

    Plumbing/drainage blockage in Basement

    Rooterworx were super prompt in answering the call for service, and after a few questions were able to give a quote for the services required. Sergio was on time, and super quick, friendly, and explained what the problem was and completed the service efficiently, even going the extra bit and making sure the sink area he was unclogging looked waaaaaaaaaay cleaner and nicer than the state he found it in. Other service professionals we have hired in the past have left a mess, but Rooterworx and specifically Sergio on this call left the area looking fabulous, for which we are super grateful. Felt that the cost was reasonable; it's never pleasant to have to shell out for these calls, but this was far cheaper than the last service professional we called out for the same issue, and as already said, Sergio went above expectations. Thank you so much!

    Extremely professional

    Unlike some other companies' employees who came to unclog the drain pipes, charge for the fee, and walk away, Sergio came to inspect the problem. It turned out that there was a remaining trap in the drain system that needed to be removed before the installation of a backflow preventer valve installed earlier - an "oversight" of an unprofessional plumber. The trap was removed the next day, but Sergio made an additional trip to our home to verify that all is in a good order and make an additional inspection. We were lucky he responded to our request.

    Drain work

    My basement drain was backing up. Sergio and his diagnosed the problem quickly (trap collapse), and his crew repaired it promptly. They took great care of my yard and plants when excavating the pipe. They also helped me save money by suggesting I put in a back flow valve to get a rebate from the city. Great work, I highly recommend Rooterworx.

    Clogged bathroom vanity drain

    Professional. Clearly an expert. I thought this was going to be a hard clog to fix. This was not an issue for the amazing Sergio, done in less than hour. Will be using this company again.

    Main sewer clogging

    I got my basement drain overflowing when either sink shower or toilet in use, seems main sewer blocked. I send out request via Homestar, Sergio was the first call me in less than 10 min, that was say almost 10pm. Sergio come next day on time, he has every professional devices needed, he first snake the pipe all the way down the street, then make a camera through the pipe again, since my pipe has a lot turns, he made a great effort to get the camera go through, finally we see some stuff stuck in the middle, he use a detector to locate the stuff and discovered me another clean out near the front yard I even never know it exist. He put protection and consider less affect other area, do clean after done the job. He also gives some advise for future maintenance. Thank you, Sergio! Will recommend you for sure!

    Waterproofing

    I submitted a request for a foundation leak (Sunday) after the storm the previous day and Oleg responded right away. We discussed the situation and he came same day to view the area and provided my husband and I an estimate same day. It was discussed in detail what the procedure was and he listed each step on the estimate. He also took the initiative to submit the dig approvals necessary for this repair. His team just left today (Wednesday). It took less than a day. They did an awesome job. Thanks Oleg and Team.

    Camera Inspection of Sanitary and Storm Sewer Laterals

    Oleg was prompt, professional, and had the high-tech camera and location equipment needed. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again!

    drain

    came on time, fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Cleaned up some of the mess from the drain cleaning process. Would use again if required.
