Foundation Waterproofing
With water coming into our basement with all the ice build up and heavy rains we've experienced of late, we called on Lyubomyr to take a look at our foundation and address our waterproofing needs. He was very quick to assemble a crew for us who, within a week, came to address our urgent needs. They excavated around our foundation and did the necessary parging, delta membrane, weeping tile installation, etc. to properly seal our exterior foundation walls. I was very impressed with his working crew, particularly Dmitri, as they were very diligent, professional, skilled at their trade, and hard working. They dealt with any obstacles that impeded their accessing the walls properly (e.g. deck, air conditioner) and restored everything to the way it was after the work was all done. Thank you for a job well done! Needless to say, this is a company I will definitely consider for other work that I plan on doing in the future.

Basement waterproofing
Oleg and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to waterproof my basement. They made sure to clean up and left my property looking great. Also the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to friends that have basement issues.

Sewer detection
Oleg and his helper showed up on time and detected sewer line for me, as a basement renovation contractor, to know where should I dig to connect bathroom drain line. He is knowledgeable and I will definitely use this company for my future job.

Winter opening of a heavily iced storm drain including a full service inspection
Very quick response to serious potential flood problem. Quick scheduling and hard team work to get drain opened through thick ice, and thorough cleaning and inspection completed within 1/2 day.

Emergency drain repair
Hello everyone. I recently had a drain backup in my basement and I'm grateful to rooterworx team for saving the basement and letting me rest peacefully. It is all happened around 8pm in the evening, technicians were at my home by 9pm. They have completed snaking and run drain camera to make sure the clog is cleared. Tested the sewer drain system again to function properly, gave few useful advices. So, they did their job excellent and finished by 12:30am. I'm really happy with the service received, consider use them in the future and recommend to my family and friends.

Seriously Blocked Drain
On moving into my new house just before Christmas I discovered a flooding in my basement due to a blockage in my main drain. Oleg came to my home and promptly assessed my situation. He subsequently came with his crew the day after Christmas and very efficiently and professionally they fixed my problem. Everyone worked very hard on this big messy job and I’m extremely grateful for their diligence. I highly recommend them.

Connecting backflow sewer valve
The work took a little longer than normal due to the holidays and the stores not having the sewer valve in Stock. But once they got the valve the job was done in an hour. Excellent work by Dr. Rooterworx.

Drain repair and sinkhole backfill
We were very worried that a sinkhole was developing in our garden. Fortunately, the team responded very quickly to our request and the problem was fixed in a day. Very, very happy with the service - would recommend them to others.
