    Windows and patio door replacement

From the 9 company reps that consulted with us about our new window installations, Vladimir from Falcon WD especially stood out: he gave a lot of practical advice and was very patient, providing us with multiple quotes while we considered various options. The order ended up being fulfilled with a high degree of accuracy - very impressive for 19 items each with various combinations. We waited for the installation longer than expected due to a covid related situation in the industry, and it took place in much colder weather then desired. However, the way it was carried out made all our disappointment go away . The installers were punctual, thoughtful and professional. When installing our balcony sliding door they ran into a pretty rare case where the underlying plywood was destroyed by long term leakage - they took great care in fixing it and advised us on future prevention steps. The working area was properly cleaned upon completion. All questions and concerns have been acknowledged with a lot of patience. It is really great when people take pride in what they do on a daily basis , and you do not see it every day. Observing Vladimir having worked during 2 days of installation convinced me that he is one of those people who sets high standards for himself and others. We are very happy with the final result and would recommend Falcon WD as reliable and highly professional service providers.

    Windows and patio door replacement

The windows and patio door replacements installed by Vladimir and Igor were perfect and truly enhanced the value of our home. With the new windows and patio door, there is a like a "new" feel for our home. Vladimir and Igor were very careful while doing the removal and installation of the windows and patio door. They made sure that they cover our carpet or flooring with their cloth covering before they do their work. Afterwards, they thoroughly clean up the areas where they have worked on. They are also respectful and polite while doing their job. Vladimir also explained to us how to properly use the locks of the windows and door. Highly recommended. Vladimir who also made the quotation for our windows (7) and patio door was fair and the pricing within our budget. Excellent value for our money.

    Small Window

They bent backward and forwards for us, even though we had a small window to replace. That’s great customer service. Thank you for doing a great job, and on time!

    Window replacement Aurora

We used Falcon twice already. First experience with them we got in 2018 replacing old style builder quality windows at the front of the townhouse. The second stage came in this year. We did the retrofite way of installation. I must say we are impressed by the quality of the job done and would love to have this guys for upcoming thigs.

    Answer from pro:

Mira as always it is a pleasure dealing with you. Thank for your continued trust in Falcon Windows!
