Falcon Wd Windows And Doors reviews (126)

We ordered three custom doors for Falcon Windows and Door, we dealt with Andriy. Right from our first meeting, he was professional and never tried to upsell; instead, he provided valuable guidance and input. The doors were everything we expected and more. They are the most beautiful doors I have seen. The doors were delivered within the timeframe given. Installation was perfect. The job site was left clean and spotless. When in the market for new doors please contact Falcon Windows and Doors.

Good quality of windows and installation work. Very professional team, worked quick, professionally, and very accurately. Windows were installed as per contract terms -no delays. It was good experience from start end of contract. Will recommend to my friends.

Quite pleased with the level of service and quality of the products of Falcon WD Windows & Doors. We are extremely happy with our new front door!!! It’s actually the most loveliest door in our neighbourhood. Thank you Vladimir for all your help!

I had been searching through many different companies until I came across Falcon Windows and Doors online. They offered me the best quote I had heard, were very fast with their responses, provided me with all the necessary information, options and explanations, and even better, had the job done so quickly once the windows arrived! They were installed beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. I dealt with Vladimir directly and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking.

Supply and install 2 windows and 2 patio sliders. Their pricing is good value. The sales representative was attentive and responsive, quick to return my calls. The installation crew was on time , respectful and efficient. They also left my home very tidy when done.

We hired Falcon windows to replace several windows in our rented apartments. The guys did beautiful job which first of all included approaching our budget needs with high end branded products. After that measuring, producing, installation of the windows happened. Very smooth and understandable process. Thank you Falcon for great performance. All the best! Jason Etobicoke

We used Falcon Windows for partial replacement of the windows several weeks ago. There were lots of specifics due to the fact the building is more than 100 years old. Both sales and installation teams were very professional delivering the best solutions possible. Thank you Vlad and Andriy! All the best in developing your business.

I got FALCON WD Windows and Doors' name and telephone number from a sign located on my next door neighbor's lawn who was having his windows replaced. I, then, talked to the installer (Vlad) who took my business card so that someone from FALCON WD could come over and give me a Quote to replace 16 windows at my house ( Oakville). FALCON WD's Representative, Andriy came on April 19th, 2021 to assess the work to be done and provided me with a "Competitive" Quote the next day. Andriy was very professional and thorough in explaining the replacement and installation of the 16 windows which should take about 2 to 21/2 days to complete the installation. I was told that the manufacturing and delivery of the Canadian made windows would take about 5 to 6 weeks...in fact, it only took 5 weeks! Vlad (Installer) came to install all the windows and to my great satisfaction only took one (1) day to complete the work. Vlad did an excellent job, cleaned up everything and left no mess behind. FALCON WD Windows and Doors did an outstanding job, the new windows are are amazing...I would not hesitate to recommend FALCON WD Windows and Doors to anyone ... great team to work with!!! Chris (Happy Customer)

They came to the location to measure all windows and doors, provided a thorough quote with a time estimate and delivered exactly on-time and on-budget. Professional, responsive, good quality - what more can you possibly ask for? I will definitely be recommending them to other people. Thank you.
