I used My Ninja Movers for a 2nd time because we had such a great experience on our first move. Extremely organized and efficient company, I was able to reference all of my inventory list from my previous move. Musa, Deni, and Dimi were extremely helpful movers and there was great communication through the whole process. They were so efficient we came up under what we were quoted. Very fair and honest company, would recommend to anyone!Answer from pro:

We had a very large three-stage move in Toronto. The day started well when the staff were fresh, but as we got to the end of the move, they started to fade, resulting in some dropped containers and gently damaged furniture. It was a challenging move, and I understand they are human. I wonder if it the company should consider a swapped-out second team for very long days to keep things efficient.Answer from pro:

I hired My Ninja Movers to move my wife and I into a house from a condo downtown a few weeks ago. Their team -- Philip, Brandon, and Lucas -- were professional, careful, and well organized. They moved quickly throughout the process and communicated clearly. It was very simple to coordinate the move through My Ninja Movers and there were zero hidden fees at the end of the move -- just an hourly rate, based on the time it took to complete. Used Ninja Movers to move from the GTA to Kingston. We were very pleased with their hard work and professionalism. Communications were excellent throughout the quote process and on the day of the move. On the day of the move they showed up on time, worked hard and worked fast, took excellent care of our belongings and were very careful in our homes, and everything arrived on time and undamaged. Huge thank you to George and his team (Brandon and Moose) for an incredible move. Arrived on time, were so helpful, super fast, took great care with all the items, did some dismantling and reassembly as needed, clear communication, and all around kindnesses, professionalism, just a joy to work with. Getting an estimate and booking with Ninja was a bit annoying, but using the online system to detail the furniture to be moved did mean that no one had to come in person ahead of time. I was worried that I had missed something with the system but the estimate was accurate. We will be using this company again for future Toronto moves. We had a great experience with My Ninja Movers. They were extremely pleasant, efficient and well-organized. On the day of the move, the movers worked quickly and carefully and dealt with many inconveniences e.g., parking, stairs and cold weather.
