Hassan and his team were wonderful from start to finish. Fair pricing, timely work and good communication were their hallmark. They are one of the few trustworthy companies that deal with installations of heat pumps/ furnaces in a condo building. I would recommend them highly. We have an error on our warranty certificate from Carrier, the manufacturer, however the Green Air Team is working on getting that fixed. It's not a reflection on Green Air per se, it is a tiny hiccup in the whole process. Hopefully it gets fixed soon as well.

I had an issue with my heat pump not cooling my condo. I received a callback quickly and booked an appointment lasted that same afternoon. The technician came in and quickly went to work looking at the heat pump, and during the process noticed that my thermostat was loose—as soon as it was reseated the heat pump started working.

Not recommended. 1. Team arrives 4 hours after the appointment time to replace a split AC unit. Works in darkness, fails to connect refrigerant line properly. I notice the unit is not cooling, am being told it "needs to settle in". Team leaves. 2. Calls. Promised a service visit. Nobody turns up, wasting an entire day. Call again, told they had forgotten about it. Re-book a visit. 3. Nobody turns up. Two calls later, technician arrives 3 hours late. Leaves, claiming he doesn't have the equipment needed to fix the issue. 4, Multiple further calls. Another missed appointment, more calls, on the same day one more missed appointment. 5. I finally get through to the owner - he promises a new service call between 5 and 7 the following Monday. 6. Nobody turns up. 8:00 I leave a message telling them I am taking legal action. 15 minutes later a technician calls to tell me he's on the way to fix the issue and does so in five minutes. If you value your time, work with somebody else.
