Jackson from Green Heating and Air looked after us after Enbridge changed our meter and turned off our gas. Pleasant gentleman who worked quickly, efficiently and above all friendly. Thanks.

Tchnician claimed to have fixed problem (two stage furnace would not shift to second stage) and then offered to do maintenance check. I agreed and paid in full with no argument. Problem was not corrected. The furnace did not ever shift to second stage. Called Green Heating and Air to explain, they delayed further service for more than 12 hours. New Technician determined that the furnace was not shifiting into second stage due to either thermostat or Motherboard (under parts warranty) failure. Green Heating and Air wanted an additional $540.00 to install the warranteed part and was unwilling to provide any refund (even partial) for the initial service call. I had received an email from Green Heating and Air the day following the initial service call that indicated that Maintenance Service was $120.00 and that Diagnostic Service was $80.00. Assuming this company provided both through two technicians, the total would have been $200.00. They charged over $400.00. Buyer Beware.
