Repair or maintain airconditioning: Condo; Not sure
This is a terrible company, do no hire them for any reason. They've now sent 10 different people to our house, installed an AC machine that isn't working and which leaked water, causing damage to our house that they are trying to claim is not their fault. They have not been able to fix the faulty AC that they installed, with technicians showing up without the tools needed to do the work. Such a waste of time and money. Homestars should delist them.

They came in and performed a thorough inspection. They results were as I suspected. The unit is perfectly fine and my condo buildings infrastructure is to blame. Likely a bad pump in the building. Thanks for your professional inspection

Install or replace airconditioning: New installation; 1 unit
One of the few HVAC companies that will install an A/C that you buy (most others only install what they sell). They did a good job connecting and calibrating everything. Had to come back once to replace the wire conduit for a weatherproof one but they made it the priority and did it the same day I called.

Repair or maintain airconditioning: Not sure; 2 units
Hassan’s team installed the air conditioning however they caused serious damage to my property and did not respond to my calls to address the necessary repairs. They did not warn me of the damage to be caused and took no responsibility for it. Their damage resulted in a cost of a few thousand dollars for repairs. Avoid hiring them. This is the most serious complication I have ever had with a contractor.
