Removal of interior sliding patio doors in a condo and creating an attractive entry with 12 inch side walls and a stained glass transom. The finished entry between kitchen and living room is striking and creative.

The Final Finish team did an excellent job on our small office job. They were very flexible and worked around a limited schedule which we really appreciated. They ensured all work was done in a timely manor and to our satisfaction- will certainly use them again!

My home needed multiple repairs throughout and one complete and also a half bath renovation. They also completely built my unfinished basement into a warm and comfortable living space from floor to ceiling. I felt they paid attention to detail, were tidy, hard working and friendly. I was very happy with the quality of work and would have them back if ever needed and will/have recommend(ed) them.

Very happy to see Malcolm and Mark are on homestars , I cannot say enough about this Father and Son team extremely professional, good communication. Lovely personality's a breath of fresh air!! I have a retail establishment and the work had to be completed in ten days !!!! The built new change rooms,organized wallpaper hangers, arranged electrical, Painted the store ,installed a complete new bathroom, Malcolm even came up with a great storage idea for our older stock and then installed that!! It was imperative this job was do efficiently, and on time as we had to re open our doors, and this dream team came through with flying colours! I have already booked them to do work in my home. This team takes pride in the finish of your project there just wonderful!

I have used them for all sorts of renovations, repairs, from flooring to painting. Always reliable, and best of all the price of every job was reasonable. You never feel you got overcharged. Work was started and completed as quoted. Unlike some contractors that can be like a nightmare. I was always very satisfied with every job . I used them on at least 5 different addresses. Obviously the price varied on the job.

On time and budget. Went the extra mile for repairs that were not listed in the work order at nominal cost. Very diligent; carted away the garbage, cleaned up after work completion to our complete satisfaction. Friendly; provided valuable advice on the most appropriate and cost-effective materials to be used; on what would be worthwhile upgrades versus upgrades that were a waste of money. Responds almost immediately to any emergency repair calls. Overall, years of great experience and a thorough knowledge of construction. Fully stands behind the work completed. We get our cold-room finished with dry-walling, painting, flooring and replaced broken window. We also got several windows replaced in the bedrooms, living room and washrooms. Replaced part of the ceiling dry-wall in the garage that was damaged by water leakage; repaired/replaced leaking pipes, neatly finished and painted the garage like new.

The work was neat, well planned, and beautifully designed. But the thing that impressed us was the designing ingenuity. Anytime a problem arose they were able to figure out an excellent solution like getting drywall down our winding basement stairs!

Malcolm communicated all costs prior to the project and the work was very ery good and on time.

I can’t say enough about these guys! Malcolm is a jack of all trades and a perfectionist! I came to him with a list and everything was done to perfection, as though he was doing it in his own home! Malcolm and Mark painted, repaired drywall, put up blinds, replaced light fixtures, replaced old bedroom doors with newer ones and even gave me free hardware for them, that he had. He’s since, mounted TVs for us, and I have a new list which I know will be done in the usual perfectionist style he maintains always. 5 stars plus!! If youre lucky enough to have Mark paint and drywall, he takes his time, and is also a perfectionist!!!! Love these guys!
